Sadly Subway has really gone downhill . Edison Mall Subway in the foodcourt leave a bit to be desired. Subway seems like they are trying to modify and reinvent themselves. Maybe a TOTAL makeover is in order? Top to bottom? To be honest I'm really surprised they have held this long and not gone out of business. Take the short trip to Publix for a pub sub!!

Ordered one foot long tuna and one foot long grilled chicken, very prompt, sandwiches are very good, would highly recommend coming back, excellent service.

I will never buy here again. Had a gift certificate and they did not accept it. Claimed that their system does not support my gift certificate. BS, I called the main office and it gave me the amount valid to me. I am so disappointed. No courtesy, no reasonable people.
