The WORST EXPERIENCE
I walk in, I asked for a flat bread meatball sub, very simple, he pour all the sauce on the flat bread, I’ve never seen anyone do that before, his the expert, usually they put just the meatball a tab of sauce. I get in my car, I take it out the bag,the flat bread have already fallen apart. It’s all over my clothes, car seat, it’s a mess. I call the store to ask for a refund, clearly he doesn’t like making sub, this is not the first time he ruin our sub( we usually don’t say anything), this time, ITS THE WORST IVE EVER GOTTEN. he told me I should have told him no sauce, it’s my faul. It’s common sense not to flood a flat bread with sauce, really, it’s never been told before, I’ve never seen so much sauce on it, it’s not a pizza. He then tell me with an attitude, that he can make me another sub, well, I don’t want another sub at this point, he tells me there’s nothing he can do about it, it’s my fault. I ask many time for corporate number. He refuses with an attitude. As some one who work customer service this young man is unprofessional and really doesn’t care about his job. Not once did he take accountability. Sadly I do get subway for my kids once a week, I will not be purchasing from this location. There’s two young men who work there, they are horrible representations of the company.

I give one star because I came here this morning Saturday. I arrived at 9 o’clock Saturday the 21st. The door even says open from 8 AM to 10 PM. There’s no sign on the door and the place is locked up if you’re not gonna open the store you would at least leave a note on your door stating you’re not going to be open.. Other than that, this place was very good but I haven’t ate here since the summer, but it had really good help and everything else so I don’t know what’s going on with this place. My order would have been for takeout.

I came in to get a sandwich today and there were two people in front of me. Only one employee taking everyones orders and making the sandwiches. I don’t know what happened but the guy who was ordering in front of me was really upset and started screaming at the employee . I was uncomfortable by the way he was speaking to the young man so i said something and he then decided to leave. I feel this young man need some help. This location is also not a good area and it’s concerning having one employee working by himself. Overall, I think he handled the situation well and was professionally and courteous . Please get another person to help him. I want to give this place 5 stars.

This Subway pleasantly surprised me with its serene ambiance and outstanding service. I was immediately struck by the pristine cleanliness of the restaurant. The floors gleamed, tables were spotless an inviting atmosphere for any diner.
But the highlight of my visit was the exceptional service delivered by the young man behind the counter. from the moment I approached, his warm demeanor and excellent social skills shone through. He greeted each customer with a genuine smile, swiftly took orders, and effortlessly engaged in friendly conversation.efficiency was remarkable—he skillfully juggled multiple tasks without ever sacrificing quality. His attention to detail ensured that every order was prepared promptly and exactly to each customer's specifications.
Beyond his efficiency, enthusiasm for his work was evident. He took pride in ensuring that every guest left satisfied, which he achieved with commendable grace and professionalism. His ability to handle both the front and back of the house operations with such finesse truly made him a standout employee. I look forward to my next visit, knowing I'll be greeted with the same level of excellence.

This place used to be good. Not anymore. The employees are very rude. I didn't see tea options on the apps so I just press sprites since all softdrink and tea are same price. The employees dude yell at me said sprites only....I was like what the heck is wrong with this guy. The subway are all lose up. I'm very disappointed and won't be back anymore. Most of all one star review are true.

This dude is very bad. The open sign is not on. When I walk in there I saw he slept on the table and he does not greed the customer. He doesn't know how to make sandwiches. My subway tasted awful. He added whatever he wants not up to the customer wants. He also got really angry at me for wanted to switch from sprite to tea because on the online. I didn't see the tea that I can click on so I click sprite. He does not wants me to change to tea. Whoever own this branch I hope they will do something to emprove their employees or else keep losing money. You know if you do not like the job don't work. Go somewhere else!!! I know I won't go to subway anymore. Most subway have no good management. If I could change the stars. I will give him no star.

This subway is a joke. Very rude employees. There have been on several occasions where i ordered a Titan turkey sub, and received less than half the so called 33% more meat. Also did not receive double cheese. Such a ripoff. Refuses to wrap 6 inch subs separately. So much for Subways slogan "Do it your way"

Dude was rude. Made no acknowledgment when we came in. We were still looking at the menu when he was ready to assist, and made us feel rushed. Has no customer service skills whatsoever. Gave an attitude when we didn’t understand what he was saying. He rolled his eyes when we seemed confused. Made the process a lot more confusing than it had to be. No receipt was given, he threw it away. We left without getting the milk and applesauce for the kids meal because we didn’t know if we had to get it ourselves. Worst service ever. This deserves no stars.

Terrible service, what poor attention from the manager and the employee who accompanied her today. Bad mood by the employee, preparing the sandwiches in the worst way. I insist, if they are not prepared to serve the customer, it is better that they stop doing so.

I asked for chicken and steak sandwich with cheese and veggies and all I got was veggies. I also asked for mayonnaise, mustard and ranch got none of the above.

Poorly prepared sandwich, the instructions were not followed. The employee making my sandwich was on his phone and wiped his nose before putting on gloves didn't even bother to wash his hands. Gloves or not no one wants to see someone wipe their nose before preparing food. Unfortunately I had already payed on the app.

Placed an order online when I arrived to get it was told they don't have it. Rather than communicate or try to solve the issue got told if it isn't here they don't have it. Well one cashier decided to actually look in the system and someone else had received my order. Was no effort to make things right they sloppily threw my order together and sent me on my way. No professionalism whatsoever. Rude and unhelpful.
