The manager “boss” in her words needs to learn how to talk to people rather than yell and threaten.

She walked past me as I parked out front of the store and I began walking next door. She yells at me and begins to threaten to tow my car because I wasn’t going to Subway. I explain to her she can’t legally tow my car because there is no sign that states it’s “Subway Parking only”. She proceeds to yell at me and threaten to tow.

If this is how management conducts themselves I highly recommend staying away from this store. There are many other Subways in the area with pleasant employees.

Love this Subway! Yandel is always slinging subs with a smile. I was just picking up to go, but I left with a meal and a great experience. Show that guy some love (and maybe a raise)!

I usually order subway but 01/29/2025 I decided not to buy from there instead I went to 7-eleven and got food choosing to sit at the table outside of this subway. A SUBWAY CUSTOMER knocked on the window to get my attention asked to eat with me and talk to me I said no he knocked again asking the same question I said no a second time explaining that I have a boyfriend the guy got mad came outside where I was at and kicked me got in my face pointing his finger in my face explaining that he just wanted to sit eat and talk but I said no then as he walked away I told him I was calling the cops for Kuching me he walked back towards me and said he didn’t give a shit that I was a very lucky girl which to me is creepy af!……..

The owner “MR. LARRY” now said that because the cops were called I am the problem and I’m now trespassed from Subway!
I didn’t do anything wrong except sit at the table outside of Subway!I DO NOT deserve to be trespassed for no reason I have a video of the assault and I did press charges!

The lady was very nice and helpful, but the door handle coming is was filthy, two of them took the bags of chips out the box and threw them on the floor, don't know if this is protocol for stocking chips but I can guarantee they most likely crumbs now, but she would have left them in the box and not put them on the floor, the fans in there had a lot of dust hanging off them they really needed clean!

Employee was literally throwing chips on the floor only to place them on a lower rack. Not sure if it is a common practice to serve food once it hits the floor. I do know the chips are now crumbs.

I don’t like that they changed to a metal hood so I can’t see them build my sandwich. But my biggest concern was a tip was automatically added to my total and I didn’t notice until I already got home. I was told my order was $10 and used Apple Pay, I did not press any buttons on the reader to add a tip but when I got home and pulled the receipt out the bag I was charged $10 for my sandwich and $1 for a tip. I know I didn’t add that especially since I never touched any buttons to do so. Employees adding auto tips is ridiculous. I wonder how many people they get over on, it’s sad.

My one star is due to the fact that the employee told me that the food was left in the heat. Due to that the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes brown as well. There were no fresh options. Walked out due to disgust and disappointment.

I used to eat subway all the time. But no longer the quality of the food went downhill and portions went downhill, and the prices are through the roof... Why would I pay $15 for a footlong large sub when I can go to my local Publix for a bigger, better sub at half the price?!?! Subway is on the way out IMO... It can't compete anymore..

The food is always fresh and our sandwhichs are made with care when we come here. We now go an extra 7 minutes out of our way passing by another Subway just so we can hopefully see Melinda at this location. She's personable and a wonderful addition to this subway. Thank you for your great service Melinda! We look forward to seeing you again!

i ordered takeout through the subway app. when i got back to my office, i only had half a sandwich when i had ordered a 12". not only did i not get my entire sandwich, the half i did get was burned on the top and soft, raw bread on the bottom. the worker had stuffed so many napkins in my bag so i wouldn't notice half of my sandwich missing as well. absolutely terrible service and a waste of my hard earned money.
