Best Key Lime Pie I have ever had!

I really want to give this place a 5 for how amazing the ice cream and their juice is. But the customer service just soured the sweetness of it all. My first time coming here for ice cream. I was about to order the kiddie cone thinking the size of the cone was right so I asked if the cone I saw was the kiddie size, and the cashier annoyingly responded yes but the size doesn’t matter its the amount that goes in it. And proceeds to ask. what flavour I want? I was unsure of what flavour to order so I took some time deciding and asking questions. The cashier literally looked to her coworker and rolled her eyes as I was deciding. She was obviously annoyed by the time I was taking to decide, I ended up just ordering something because of how uncomfortable that response made me feel. Keep in mind there was NO line up. I understand if there’s people waiting and I’m holding up the line but come on, rolling your eyes right in front of a customer because they can’t make a decision in the matter of seconds isn’t right. I was very much looking forward to having the ice cream here but now I’m leaving quite disappointed.

I really don't understand why they removed the self-serve Juice station. Because now you just go there and you have to ask a very grumpy lady for samples and she gets pissed off after about 2 samples and walks away. 😠 and then they upcharged the ice cream to 7$ for a little ice cream very disappointed. This place used to be much better. 🥺

So much fun going here. Love the fruit and special gifts from Florida. Also free cup of juice many different kinds and usually a free snack too. Also they have ice cream and a post office inside.

Super disappointed in the change of the flavor of the orange ice cream I grew up on for 30 years with family thats no longer with me. The new orange flavor is just a run of the mill dreamsicle I can purchase from walmart. Please reconsider switching back. 😭

Great souvenirs including oranges and citrus.

I absolutely love this place. The juice is phenomenal, but they, also, have a great selection of affordable souvenirs. Before you leave, get the orange swirl ice cream. You won’t be disappointed!

How can you beat all that?

One of my favorite places I’ve ever visited. Rene noticed my significant other wide eyed and bushy tailed as we walked in and correctly assessed us as “first timers” from there, he showed us around the store, offered to take our pictures and provided us with knowledge about the various fruits, juices and other cool things in the store. From fresh saltwater taffy, to delectable homemade pastries, ice cream, gelato and fresh pressed juices, this store has everything you’d ever want, with elite customer service on top. Must try!

Have lived in SWFL for decades and always think of stopping in when I pass it, but never have until recently and I clearly picked a bad day to try. Very few cashiers and over 50 people in line to pay. My husband got in line and had barely moved in the 10 mins my daughter and I looked around. We had an event so even if we had wanted to wait in line couldn’t have on this occasion.

Many items they had for sale in there you can get at other stores. Really wanted to try the swirl ice creams but again - the line was way too long. They should separate the ice cream line from the main checkout line.

It’s also so small inside even though looks huge outside. I think this would be fun for a tourist that has nothing but time on their hands and is looking for fun souvenirs to bring back to friends and family but not for busy working parents who value time and efficiency.
