Today I went to the Ft. Myers location and found it closed. Again. It was open just a few days ago. I hope this won’t be a permanent closure. I put a good amount of $ into my Sweetberry wallet.

Their ingredients are not fresh. The strawberries taste as if they’ve been sitting there for days. Today, I ordered a Sweetberry bowl (skipped the strawberries) only to find out two pieces of plastic in my food. I’m so disappointed because I thought with reopening they would be cleaner and more careful, but I was mistaking. I will not be going back and I do not recommend this location.

Super delicious, big, filling bowls. One thing— would be awesome if you used a compostable material like a cardboard or something similar for the bowls. Would eliminate a lot of Plastic waste! Otherwise A+

This is such a cute little place & service was fine but the açaí bowl I got had way too much granola. I certainly did not want that much, I'm more interested in the smoothie part. I got the Sweetberry Bowl and it was good, just too much granola and not enough of the healthy stuff. I also was not informed of the add on options but saw people looking at the list afterward. The atmosphere was bright and inviting. Very cute design.

Honestly I don't know how this place has stayed in business this long, the customer service is awful and super unprofessional. The girls working ignored me to talk about a date or a guy they recently saw, congratulations girl. The food is okay too, honestly just go to Uhmaze Bowls, so much better food and so MUCH better customer service.

Always amazing sweetberry bowl comes out so fresh when I order mine. I get it with peanut butter every time and it's made nicely and prepared to my liking very single time here. I've been over 20 times and love it the same as my first! I even take my girlfriend a few times per month.

Went to get a bowl and they were all out of one of their 4 bases for their bowls..... unfortunately for me it was the one I wanted.. I tried to call ahead to order at 6:00 pm and got their answering machine figured they must be busy. So I get there and there is literally no one in there except one employee. Normally I wouldn't be upset... but, had they answered the phone I could have been told they were out of the one thing I wanted and saved myself a trip. Extremely disappointed.
