This taco bell made me violently ill. Not sure if the food was bad, someone was sick or cross contamination however I would rate this location as negative 0 if I could. It made me miss 2 1/2 days of work.

Today is Feb 2nd 2025 3:53pm the jerk working the drive through Mexican kid decided to me a sarcastic ahole and when I tried to ask for a modification to an order very simple that every TB in Fort Myers does he says we’re out of soft shell tortillas and beans which clearly that can’t be possible….lazy
I’ll die of starvation before I spend one more dollar there as I sit at KFC who had no issues accommodating me

If you expect a Taco Bell to actually have the items listed on their menu, this is not the location for you. They have never had all of the things we’ve ordered. They’ve been out of taco sized soft tortillas, chicken, steak, tomatoes, fiesta potatoes, and almost always are out of nacho fries. They consistently forget something in the order or make sometime wrong.

This location has the worst management I have ever experienced at a Taco Bell, or any fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. They advertised as being open this evening although after going into the drive thru someone spoke on the intercom that they were now closed at 8:20pm. Went 10 minutes away to the location on colonial drive and they were still happily serving customers. A few weeks ago I went to this location ordering 2 tacos, came around the drive thru corner and saw the large taco bell sign advertising a free taco on Tuesdays, it was Tuesday so I asked for that to be added to my order, no one was behind me and I hadn't paid yet and the cashier working the window was told by his manager not to give me the taco, so I simply pulled around again and asked for the free taco thru the intercom. This is just a blatant sign of disrespect for customers and poor management at this location.

After waiting inside for five minutes, the manager asked me to punch in my order in kiosk, I wanted a craving box which was not on there. I waited back at the counter, She would not come back to the counter to wait on me or the other people in line. Unbelievable. So I decided to leave and spend my money someplace else . If I could give zero stars, I would poor customer service !!!! They were more concerned about drive-through than the people inside the restaurant waiting to be served.

Food is consistently terrible since September 2023 shortly after we transplanted from Clearwater. Rice is always crunchy and the Fritos come out sauggy with a nautios and pukttid odor of camel vomit when you tear open the burrito.

Horrible place! Never gives you your receipt so you can prove they were wrong! Order specific items a specified way and screen matches up to what your ordering. Then everything is completely wrong, missing stuff you added. Things you asked to not be in the food are in the food just a shit show!
