Took forever to get anyone to wait on us. Was told to use the kiosk. The mango tea syrup wasn't very good on the floor so I had to wait for the drive thru employees to see and help me.
It was the day before the storm so I understand everyone was nervous. The young man at register seemed unaware of how to provide customer service. He might have been new due to him not knowing anything about the menu. Food prepers were not getting orders correct for dine in or drive thru. Manager stepped in to take over, bless her she was the only one that was able to get an order correct. This location has been hot or miss for years now.
