This one pretty worker I think her name was Valerie had great customer service and fixed a problem I had with my food with a smile on her face then told me to “have a tacotastic day”, and she made my kids laugh which makes me happy, best service I’ve had at this Taco Bell needs a promotion for sure thank you Valerie.

When I’m at lunch from work, my fastest place to go is Taco Bell. Taco Bell is very very very fast. You say what you want you add the window no wait you gone back to work so I love Taco Bell for lunch when you’re on that short break and the food is great too.

I was drive-thru 423 on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 9:36 PM. I ordered a crunch wrap. I was asked if I wanted double beef. I said no. I brought the crunch wrap home, and there was no beef in it at all. I live nearby, and I ask for compensation.

They workers do not listen at all I asked for EXTRA beef and received a tspoon of beef
This location has a great staff! They do an excellent job, and my order has been correct consistently lately. The girl in the drive thru was on top of it tonight, and all is well with the Bell. I just wish they would keep Meximelts around forever. Bring back chili cheese burritos while we're at it.
I would not even leave one star.. I feel that this story does not order what they need.
I drove to the drive through on 01/12 at 2pm. I'd ask them for the decade box. Which is shown on the order menu window and they also have a flyer on the front door. While I was ordering they told me that it wasn't offered anymore. I was fine with that and moved on withe order.
I started to order the chicken nuggets and french fries. They also told me that they did not have that anymore. Both items that I ordered were on the drive-thru menu.
I feel that whoever is ordering for this store is not ordering properly or the management is not running the store properly.
Either which way this Taco Bell needs to have more hirer standards.

The advertise the new chicken nuggets but apparently don’t sell them anymore and treat you like you should know that when the have posters up advertising them.

In need of some emotional support tacos and short on time, I made my way through the drive thru. My order was perfect and the staff was super kind. Just what I needed after a bad time at a business prior to this. It may be just a drive thru taco but a little politeness and a warm smile from a stranger sure helped my mood. Thanks y’all!

Everyone's meals were good but I was missing a chicken nugget unfortunately and the meal only comes with 5.
