I've been several times never had an issue. Food fresh place is spotless and the employees are friendly. So for that post of coming in before closing yeah obviously noone wants customers last 5 min of closing!

It was taco Tuesday and I didn't want to do the cooking so I turned it over to Taco Bell. Did the drive thru for my online order and was in and out super fast. I love their tacos!

Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru. Cashier and another employee were extremely unprofessional and rude. We ordered our food. I asked for a receipt. She said there's no receipt they dont have paper. I saw the ring of paper in her hand and said you have paper and was willing to wait for her to load. She closed the sliding door in my face. I pulled around to eat in the parking space near front door. She walked by twice and looked out at me clearly talking on her headset and laughed at me. Very rude. Horrible customer service. Please do better. Also, I found a large chicken bone in my quesadilla. So that was a fun surprise after the Horrible experience.

The manger was very rude. When she first saw me she was very judgmental cause what I had on. she even took an employee outside to talk to about me. As I was pulling off she thought it was cool to give me the middle finger.
