Taco Works offers unique and interesting flavors. It's not authentic and it's not tex Mex, it is a refreshing take on tacos that is worth giving a try. The McGregor store has an immaculate atmosphere good for families, intimate couples or lunch-break drive-ins. Service is quick and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Burrito was very disappointing! Barely any meat in burrito.
So delicious. I got the bahn mi and Chicago beef taco with a side of street corn and was extremely happy with my choices. Chicago beef is a great choice if you like spice. Staff was super friendly. Hot sauces are top notch. Clean and cool atmosphere. Prices were good too! Will be back

We ate outside after coming back from a beach day, and we absolutely loved their tacos we tried 4 kinds. Their prices were also very reasonable!

The food here is very VERY good, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. However, there are a few things to keep in mind - 1. It's on the pricier side, so if you are looking for something cheaper, it's best going elsewhere. 2. Portion sizes are huge so don't tear the tinfoil on your burrito too much, you might want to rewrap it and take the second half home for later. 3. This is not authentic Mexican food, and that's intentional. A lot of stuff is definitely on the more creative side. So if you're in the mood for super authentic tacos, you should go somewhere else. That stuff being said, this place is an awesome addition to the College Parkway/McGregor area and I really hope it sticks around!

First time here, the food is delicious! I had the Buffalo chicken burrito, chips and salsa. One of the best burritos that I have ever eaten! A pleasant surprise! Service was nice and the restaurant seemed clean. Thank you Taco Works. I'll be back!
