We had a fantastic dining experience at Tarpon House! The ahi salad was incredibly fresh, and the cut of ahi was beautiful and clean. While I personally prefer a sesame-seared style, the pepper sear was still delicious and well-executed. The shrimp tacos were another highlight—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly balanced.
Our server Ari was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The hostess went above and beyond by moving our table to the end of the balcony, giving us the best sunset view in the house. That thoughtful gesture really elevated the entire evening.
Excellent food, beautiful atmosphere, and top-notch service—Tarpon House is a must-visit if you’re in the area!
Beautiful views from the table. Options to dot inside or outside . Sea bass was delicious & so filling. Our waiterAdit was very attentive to our request.
Me and my sister stayed at the resort for a birthday staycation. We went to Tarpon House for dinner and Adit was our server. He was wonderful. Very kind and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We both got the miso glazed sea bass which was so delicious!!! It was cooked to perfection. It was a fantastic experience and I can’t wait to visit again.
Nice modern restaurant with an amazing buffet. It was overpriced and the food was almost all overcooked. Our waiter came to check on us once the whole time.
We had lunch here today, and had the most incredible service I’ve ever witnessed anywhere in my life. Sharnette (I may have butchered the spelling!) is literally the most beautiful light in all of Florida. She is so funny and personable! She had us laughing through our whole meal. It was better than Disney. Our 4 year old hasn’t stopped talking about her since we left.
Also, I had the Impossible burger and it was amazing. Thank you for the vegetarian option!
10/10 service! We’ll be back just to visit Sharnette!!!!
Food took forever. And was not worth the wait. Clearly pre-frozen meat, and the soup tasted like it was from a can. Service people were nice, but meals were being delivered all around us to the wrong tables. We were even asked what we ordered by a different server than our own, while we clearly had food in-front of us still.
Sadly, this place has really gone downhill. I remember when it was quality.
No thanks no options on the menu and breakfast. Looks like it’s from La Quinta hotel

Like the other Marriott restaurants on site, the waitress and service were top notch!! We were greated right away by what appeared to be a manager. We were given the option of indoor/outdoor. The waitress was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the menu items. The food was decent, but not for the price point...I get that it's a resort and we're on vacation, but I think charging $9 per egg is excessive and taking advantage of the fact that there are no other breakfast options nearby. My poached eggs over hash plate was delicious because I didn't use the hollandaise sauce that had no flavor...salt and pepper did the trick. The name of the meal has the word "scallions " in it....they were merely sprinkled on the blank parts of the plate and weren't enough to add any flavor. The coffee was bold and strong, which I really like. The buffet is around $23pp unless you want to add an egg, then it goes up to around $28pp. Like other reviews, I agree that the views are phenomenal!

The menu didn't include any explicit vegan options, but the waiter was knowledgeable about vegan diets and they were able to make a pretty decent Impossible burger for me. The salad was nothing special, though.
Went today for Easter brunch. I was looking forward to this for a month. The atmosphere was very nice. The brunch was hilariously pitiful. $225 for 2 people, and 3 drinks. They were extremely stingy with the meat portions. After receiving a small slice of prime rib( maybe an Oz) I asked for a second and the guy shaved off a piece with the knife. Same with the ham. The Alfredo had the tiny bite size pieces of chicken similar size to the chicken you would find in Campbell's soup. Shockingly their brunch menu didn't include breakfast items like a normal brunch would. All the food also needed salt and pepper. There was a major lack of seasoning. Huge disappointment, I wouldn't go back. I could have gotten more food at Coopers Hawk, better quality for the same amount of money.

We saw the Marriott advertise for their Thanksgiving buffet , thinking it was a Marriott We thought it was going to be top-of-the-line food atmosphere for Thanksgiving but to our surprise, it was extremely disappointing. We actually walked in questioning if we were in the right spot, they assured us that this was the correct restaurant the Tarpon. there was no table cloths it looked like it was set up for a casual lunch it had NoThanksgiving feel to the restaurant.Turkey was a processed turkey breast serve, not a fresh turkey there was no sweet potatoes There was no cranberry sauce, no bread, no crackers it was actually shocking and when you asked for these items they said they were not available. At the end we asked for coffee and there was no coffee . The waiter was so kind he went to the coffee shop in the hotel to get us two coffees. All the food was extremely average !I think they need to reevaluate that chef who put that menu togetherWe had a very disappointing Thanksgiving ,

We were here for a conference. We eat early, no problem getting in. A lot of glass, a great view, but the evening sun so bright, I sat with my back to the window. Interesting menu, I had a really nice steak, my wife had the fusion bowl with shrimp. We both thought her choice needed some help. Lovely setting, very nice people. Resort prices.

Exquisite breakfast, Eggs Benedict was what I ate. The service was not pleasant since they are not interested in helping the customer.
