Visited on Valentines Day. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Food was excellent! We had selected based on a recommendation and were not disappointed!
Your Happy Hour well vodka is absolutely horrible. The service is excellent. The happy hour vodka is awful please consider changing it. Aristocrat is not a good vodka very cheap. Try a less expensive brand but when making martini’s it is bad. Thank you.
My husband and I celebrated our 50th Anniversary here with two dear friends, although we had never been. The food was delicious and our waiter was great. We never felt "rushed" through our lovely dinner. Nice ambience, too.
The restaurant has a serious management problem. Servers seemed stressed and NO ONE smiles. Service was slow and inattentive having no regard for refilling water glasses, asking if you would like another drink or more bread. Having said that, the food was excellent, very large servings of well prepared and well presented dishes. Particularly liked the goat cheese salad. Positives Food, presentation and seating comfort Negatives Service, noise and STYROFOAM take home containers, which are illegal where I live. Will try again for the food but they only get one more chance from me.
As a party of 8 we were seated on tome, served together, couldn’t have been served any better. Obviously this restaurant is well synchronized. Wait staff courteous, attentive and professional. Food was excellent. Definitely on our return visit list!
Good atmosphere, bright and clean. Had Pescatori the clam and mussel shells were empty ??? I've had better, much better.
This is a favorite restaurant of ours. We take every opportunity we can to dine there with family and friends. The Gnocchi Brie and Portobello is the best! My husband raves about the Chicken Marsala and orders it frequently.
Modern and clean. Great selection of steaks, seafood, wine and pasta dishes. The meatballs are outstanding!!!!!!
Terra Nostra is the hidden Italian gem in Ft Myers. Traditional authentic Italian dishes, steaks, seafood, lamb chops. Very nice wine list! Wonderful service. If you are an Italian food fan, this place is for you.
Great food, great wait staff, a little noisy.
Server had no idea what the hell he was doing. Steak tasted like charred cardboard. Not worth the money at all. Small servings. Not worth the price.
Had a wonderful dinner on the patio! Drinks, dinner, and dessert were all delicious! We have 2 young kids and they were very accommodating and friendly! Was our 2nd time here and we'll definitely be back!
Worst service I've ever had at a nicer restaurant. Waiter seemed so uninterested, served me the wrong food, never apologized for it, never asked how our food was, and just overall was terrible. The thing that really bugged me was when I ordered, he didn't hear me at first and asked me again, at which point I pointed to the menu and he read the menu item, and STILL served me the wrong food. I don't know if he just didn't care because I was in a party of 6 that was made of college kids, so he didn't respect us or what, but this waiter just didn't care about us at ALL. The food was also wildly overpriced, as my friend ordered a $38 ribeye that was flavorless, another ordered a $50 filet mignon that she asked to be cooked medium, but received very rare, the house salad was subpar, and the creme brûlée' was burnt, and was just simply not worth it. This place STINKS.
What a wonderful way to celebrate Christmas than an awesome dinner at Terra Nostra with family. The food was incredible and the service was top notch. We had a table of ten and our server never missed a beat. The owners came over to check up on us and chat for a bit. Loved the dessert selections - great mash-up of Cannoli and Tiramisu! Everyone enjoyed their selections - can't go wrong - check it out next time you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine!
Our family of 4 had a very disappointing dinner there last night. The first course of bread & salads was good , but the entrees were flavorless . Two of our 4 four dinners were inedible & the other 2 were eh....
My co-workers and I had dinner here on Saturday night and it was a great choice! The food was absolutely amazing and the staff was very friendly. The owners came to our table and asked how everything was. I 100% recommend, if you are looking for GREAT Italian food.
Great bread and olive tapenade. Great salad. Amazing soup of the day. The Terra Nostra pasta dish was out of this world great. Our server, Gabby was delightful, attentive, fantastic. Highly recommend.
Not only was the food incredible but the staff (Derrick) and the owner (Vincenzo) made our 8th anniversary a very special night!! We are in love with this establishment and will bring our friends!! Thankyou again for all that you did!!
Positively one of the best meals I have ever eaten!!! Service is polished and professional. Do yourself a favor and try it!
We really enjoyed our experience at Terra Nostra. Upon arrival we were seated by a gracious host. Our waiter Derrick was very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the specials and menu. Wine selection was good. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals and dessert. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for Nouveau Italian food in the Fort Myers Beach area.
It is my opinion that Terra Nostra has the best spaghetti and meatballs in Fort Myers. We frequently dine Italian and there are several very good restaurants. These guys have the best red sause by far. Their meatballs are finely ground veal with maybe 5% breadcrumbs and are unbelievably good.
Best Italian food in fort Myers Beach. Great menu. Great service! See you again next time.
Good food. Good service. Challenging bar! Need a better system.
Enjoyed the Castello Banfi Wine Dinner Tuesday night at Terra Nostra. The wines were fabulous and we were delighted to learn that the wine presentation was presented by a descendant of the Banfi family. Now for the food...where do I start...I love a good filet mignon and by far theirs is the best I've ever had...and I've been to Berns Steakhouse in Tampa...McCormick and Schmitts...Ruths...Terra Nostra rules! The Wild Mushroom Ravioli with truffle sage butter sauce was so flavorful...I'm not sure which I'll order on my next visit which will be very soon but omg...the flavors were out of this world. The service was excellent and the ambiance was perfect. I notices that the owners greet each and every table. If you haven't included this gem of a restaurant in your favorites list...it's time you do...you are missing out...bon appetit!! Debbie H
Tried Terra Nostra for the first time for dinner last night. I was not disappointed! The waiter was very friendly and attentive. I would mention his name, but I don’t remember it. He was an FSU fan, though! The bread with the olive butter spread is so good. I got the fettuccini Alfredo and it was probably some of the best I’ve had around. Food is a little on the pricier side, but I think the great service and food quality is worth it. I will be going back!
Most fabulous meal
Ordered the gnocchi with Brie, but they were out. Order the rigatoni carne which was fabulous. Arrived hot, pasta was al dente and sauce was superb. The meatball was cloud like. The utalian sausage was loaded with fennel and not much garlic. Overall a very good experience.
Terra Nostra has the best Italian food we have found in the area. Food is attractively plated and always served hot. Eggplant rollatini and chicken parm are two of our favorites and they do a great job with both dishes. The owner has been there every time we have eaten there and he adds to the experience. He is very friendly and interested in meeting the patrons. The service can be a bit slow and sometimes it could be more professional but the servers are ve.ry nice to deal with. When we have guests who are particular, this is the only place we take them.
We have been wanting to try this place and we finally did last night with friends. Place is very elegant. The service is above average but our server kept forgetting things we asked for - bread, chopped onions etc. he was very good but forgetful at times. The food is very good. I had veal parm w veggies. Very good but overpriced as is most of the meals. Here is the thing- places like Ninos and Il Pomodore had food that is easily as good as this place but include in their meals soup or salad and the meals are a dollar or two cheaper. So if we pY 25 dollars for veal parm and add a 6 dollar salad we are paying 31 dollars. The other places are around 23 dollars. That is allot of money for equal food taste and quality. So we would come back but only if the other places are so busy we could not get in.
I dined hear with my family for a birthday celebration. The food was delicious and the menu offered lots of choices for everyone. Classic Italian food with flavor; nice size portions, and good service. We had a memorable meal and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Thanks for the delicious ravioli, wonderful lasagna and for letting us spend a good time !! The waiter was very friendly !
Our server Sydney was excellent. She was attentive, offered upsale and answered questions perfectly. Decor and atmosphere was upscale if a little dated. Lentil soup was decent but nothing to write home about. The rigatoni a la carne had perfectly cooked pasta, but the sauce was a little flat and acidic for bolognese. The sausage was average to bland and the meatballs were soft, salty and lacking in structure. Definitely not a bad experience. But I hoped for a little more love from the kitchen. Front of house nailed it.
Great service, food and environment! This is Classic italian food only for those who know it. Parking spaces available. They also have a nice bar and outside seating.
Great service & delicious meal!
I'm from Boca Raton, my husband and I are getting to know the region, and we stop at that restaurant, all nice but, I made an observation that my dish was very salty and I could not eat, and the chef said it was normal. Finally it was a celebration of my wedding, and the dinner was unsatisfactory. (Puttanesca something like that, I don't remember exactly the name of the dish).
Good restaurant, everything taste. We will come again. I ordered the muschrom raviolis and for dessert the canollis.
First time for us and we will definitely be back! The food and service we're great. Food pricing was a bit on the high side but well worth it! The tiramisu was some of the best I've ever had!
Totally enjoyed my food Reminded me of the classic meals we would get in New Haven CT or New York. I found the price moderate but the portion size was large. Service was excellent and the owner made a special stop to say hello. Fish was fresh and amazing. Pasta was just delicious. We will be back with friends and family soon to celebrate a family occasion
Good place! Made a reservation on open table and made a note that it was a special occasion as we are on our honeymoon. Our waitress was nice and even brought us a complimentary tiramisu and two limoncello shots! Meal was a little quick but it was pretty empty in there. Food was delicious! I had the chicken piccata and my husband had the rigatoni carne, would definitely recommend those two as well as the cheese board. A decent option for reasonably priced Italian food in fort Myers.
Went there Wednesday night had the best experience in a long time Pierce our server was in the zone, everything was spot on.We started with the Salami board which was great only one problem know soperssata was on it,the manager came over apologized and took care of the problem.Entree I had the veal ossco bucca unbelievably good,my wife had a pasta with sausage and broccoli rabi which she didn't care for the manager Carrie was on top of it offered my wife something else, which she loved.Dessert mini cannollis and a espresso, Carrie came with creme brulee cognac maple, which was very good on them for my birthday,Now this is a resteraunt with professional help, who care about customers and there owners establishment,Not like some other place.Food, service and management staff if I can give 10 stars I would.
