I took my wife to the Fort Myers Texas Roadhouse for our 41st anniversary recently. There was a slight mixup when my 12 oz. ribeye steak was brought to the table. I previously wrote a somewhat negative review, but after a quick conversation with the Operations Manager and he straightened out my meal to my complete satisfaction. The manager showed me that customer satisfaction is their highest priority. I will not hesitate to recommend this Texas Roadhouse to my friends.

Texas Roadhouse used to be the place you knew for a fact you would get great service. That is no longer the case. Food was cold, service was terrible, managers used to walk around making sure everything was good.. never happened, waitress dropped off the food and never came back until she asked if we were done. I rarely leave no tip.. but she got nothing!

I ordered the rib eye with the ribs combo and it was pretty pricey. What I got was a much cheaper cut of meat, perhaps strip steak that was half fatty and extremely tough. I did not want the poor little young server to get upset so I just told her that I was not happy with the meal. She asked how she could rectify it and I just said no, we have a dog. I am sorry that I did not bring the problem to the manager

A friend visiting from out of town,ordered potato skins along with her order. Greasy,flat in nature. Totally gross. Best Texas Roadhouse.... The True Original in Clarksville In. My all time favorite
