I took my wife to the Fort Myers Texas Roadhouse for our 41st anniversary recently. There was a slight mixup when my 12 oz. ribeye steak was brought to the table. I previously wrote a somewhat negative review, but after a quick conversation with the Operations Manager and he straightened out my meal to my complete satisfaction. The manager showed me that customer satisfaction is their highest priority. I will not hesitate to recommend this Texas Roadhouse to my friends.
I ordered the rib eye with the ribs combo and it was pretty pricey. What I got was a much cheaper cut of meat, perhaps strip steak that was half fatty and extremely tough. I did not want the poor little young server to get upset so I just told her that I was not happy with the meal. She asked how she could rectify it and I just said no, we have a dog. I am sorry that I did not bring the problem to the manager
Excellent experience! Granted we walked in on a busy Saturday night and grabbed 2 seats at the bar. We were acknowledged and had drinks with 5 minutes. Food came out quickly and it was hot and freshly made- steak was perfect!!
