Orange Pepper Thai & Sushi is a quaint restaurant with great service. The staff is attentive, and the food is excellent. The boba tea is sweetened from the start, and the happy hour appetizers and sushi rolls are delicious. The Pad Thai dish is a standout, with perfect flavor and sauce, and can be customized to desired spiciness. The restaurant's decor, however, may benefit from a more Asian-inspired aesthetic, with suggestions to incorporate black tablecloths and chair covers, and Asian wall decor. Despite this, the food is worth returning for, with flavorful dishes like the red curry with 3/5 spice and chicken dumpling appetizer. Overall, the restaurant offers great value, with friendly and professional service, and a pleasant dining experience.
