I would like to acknowledge that the staff were friendly and they offer a large variety of bagels. But being from NY this is not what I would be desiring for a bagel. Flavor was lackluster and the bacon egg and cheese was incredibly generic and far from the conception of what is traditionally served.

Love, love, love this place. Best bagels, freshly baked and delicious! Also love the variety that is available. Just have to get there before they run out of some choices or call ahead and place an order to pick up. Very highly recommended!

First timer so you know it’s an honest review I DROVE 20 minutes just to come here & it was worth it!!! The bagel was amazing!!! The service was impeccable and although small location it had wide the variety of bagels & cream cheese was to die for!!!

I always visit The Bagel Factory when in town. I like the flavor and consistency of the bagels, plus they have a large selection. This visit I ordered the onion bagel with egg, ham and cheese. The egg was nicely cooked and it had gooey cheese. The ham was tasty too, but wish there was a little more on the sandwich. The store itself is pretty basic, but you can tell locals go there to hang and gossip. The service is always fast, but never overly friendly.
