I had the pleasure of dining at the new Capital Grille in Bell Tower, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The ambiance is elegant yet welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion or a refined night out.
Chef Michael Barone deserves high praise for crafting a menu that is both innovative and indulgent. Every dish we tried was perfection, showcasing his incredible culinary expertise.
The service was impeccable as well. A huge shoutout to Seth, the manager, for his attentiveness and professionalism. He truly made us feel like VIPs. Our server Reese was equally amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and always a step ahead in ensuring our meal was flawless.
If you’re looking for a dining experience that exceeds expectations, Capital Grille Bell Tower is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return!
Our experience dining for dinner was exceptional! Seated with a stellar view of the kitchen. The food was on point in every way, cooked perfectly to our liking and service was extremely attentive! We will be back as much as possible! Thank you to the Manager, Ruben and Team!

Why I will never go to The Capital Grille...
A year ago or so they began constructing a Capital Grill near our home. We watched it go up for many months. Lots of press articles and even TV news packages about the new restaurant. Fast forward to 2024. The location finally opened to much fanfare, but we never went there because it was just too busy most nights.
Six months later, I had a big birthday coming up and when my wife, asked me where I'd like to go I mentioned, "Well, we've never gone to Capital Grill". She said she'd make it happen. That was a month ago or so.
Guess what, no go. I shouldn't say that. They did have a rez at 4PM. Even though she had no idea you HAVE to book maybe 3-4 weeks out to get one table at Capital Grille, she was shot down. She called the restaurant each day to see if there was a cancellation and to be put on a waiting list. No one called back. She even called her friend who knows a great server who works there named Kenny. Sorry, no tables for your husband's birthday even 2 weeks out. Unless he takes off work at 4PM. She didn't know you need a month notice for this place....
She was in tears when she came to me. That she had failed on her birthday promise. She felt so bad having no idea it would take a month to get one table at this restaurant after 4. They made her cry. I told her it's not her fault at all and that I have no longer a desire to ever go there. Forever.
So this is not a review of atmosphere, exquisite food or immaculate decor...it's plain and simple service. Make exceptions, honor your customers and have empathy. Sometimes bending the rules or consulting with a manager would be appropriate when you judge the situation. We need better customer service in all industries. Especially with all the tips being asked for not.
So this is why I will never go to Capital Grille.

Great experience Will be back
Let me start by saying our server was very solid. She was attentive, and quick to help. The food and management on the other hand, that’s where we start to have a problem. My girlfriend’s lobster tails and tenderloin were delivered to her raw. Not like undercooked. Not like slightly out of temperature, blue raw. Crazy you’re gonna charge someone $70 and then deliver raw food. And she ordered it medium, so it’s not even like she was asking for close to raw. After alerting the staff, the goofy ass manager brought my gf a new plate, reusing the same sauce that was on the other plate. She then said she’d grab my gf a new knife. Never did. Never came back and checked on it. Mind you, this was a $70 meal. It looked like they just threw the raw tenderloin back into the pan and seared it black real quick and put everything back on the plate and served it back to my gf. This was supposed to be our thanksgiving, and was ruined by the horrible experience. I haven’t even mentioned that my scallop risotto was absolutely drowned in lemon either. I get it’s a lemon sauce, but god damn. But that’s hardly an issue when you get the whack ass experience my gf had with her raw tenderloin and reused sauce. Will not be returning to this location.

Giving 2 stars since our only saving grace was our amazing server Nicole
This was supposed to be our thanksgiving celebration. We cook every year and this was supposed to be the year we treated ourselves. When the food came out it looked good (scallops were cooked ok). I asked for my steak medium, as soon as I cut into it it was so rare to the point I could not eat it. I sent the steak back - the manager brought it back after asking me if the temp was more suitable (it is not suitable to serve someone raw food and this was not on me since I did ask for it medium) then the manager tells me she should’ve brought me a new steak knife since mine was literally covered in raw meat. She left and never brought me a steak knife or even tried to rectify the situation. Then I had to step out to my car, but was completely locked out since it was around 9:15. I was at the front door pulling and knocking to get back in. I did not have my phone and could not contact my partner so was stuck outside. That same manager finally walks by and gets the door and asks what I need…
So $265 to be served raw food that the restaurant could give 2 shits about and be locked out. Did not even attempt to comp a drink or give us anything nice for the holiday. Don’t go to this location - you are better off driving to mercato

Our group of four had an outstanding meal at Capitol Grille.
Our server Garrette B was exceptional and deserves a promotion. His service was attentive, caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable and was on point.
Our cocktails, bread service and starters were wonderful.
Each of us had a steak cooked to our exact liking paired with the perfect sides and wine.
We finished with grappa and desserts to share.
Thank you Garrette for taking such great care of us Canadians.

Me and my husband got there around 2:00pm
I asked for a table for 2 . The host said she didn’t have anything available only high top chairs. I said I didn’t want to sit on the high top. She couldn’t offer us anything else. She said , she didn’t even offer us an estimated time for table.

The Capital Grille is an exceptional restaurant! From start to finish, our experience was top-notch. The service was impeccable, with Reece and Erika going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly elevated our dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish thoughtfully prepared. This is definitely a place we’ll return to again and again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!

Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of handicap parking and everyone was very helpful getting my wife to our table. Once seating they took the wheelchair and stored for us.
