This was my friend's first visit to Capital Grille and her delight was evident! The special attention by Simon and Michael was something she had never experienced. Our Christmas luncheon made our holiday begin in a wonderful way. My salmon was one of the best I have eaten and her chicken with risotto made our decision of making Capital Grille our place to go when we need attention.
I had an absolutely outstanding experience at The Capital Grille in Fort Myers. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, professional, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The atmosphere is elegant but comfortable perfect for a special night out. The food was incredible. This was my third visit. Once again, the side dishes fell short of flavor expectations. The menu reads wonderfully, which is why I've come back three times in the last six months. Each time, I hope things will improve as the staff gets more experienced. The food was presented well, but was underseasoned on every visit. I had scallop lobster risotto and the actual scallops were well seasoned and cooked well, but the risotto was literally flavorless and devoid of ANY signs...
