Food was good. Definitely recommend going closer to opening. We went in right at 9 on a Sunday and by 930 all the outdoor seating was full and almost all of the inside was as well.

I have been to Eatery by Ryan many times over the past several years and it’s always been wonderful- food, service, etc. I was very disappointed this last time (1/11/25). My husband and I decided to go out for a “date” lunch and he had never been there, so he was excited to try it. It was busy, and there weren’t any tables available inside so we decided to eat on the patio/courtyard. The patio area was very dirty this time, tables were just kind of everywhere - usually it’s clean and organized. There was a weird smell that hit us every once in a while and the landscaping was messier than usual. There’s a broken palm tree that needs to be taken care of, but on top of all that, there were two large parties of younger people (6-8) that were obnoxious and every other word was the F word. They were extremely loud and it was very hard to talk to my husband and he was sitting right there next to me. There was a dog that was very sweet but he was allowed to just walk all over the patio. We love dogs but that’s just not right. It was very disappointing because usually it’s a quaint little outside area that is enjoyable to have a glass of wine, have some lunch and just relax. Don’t think we’ll be back other than maybe take out, but definitely not to dine in. Food was very good but the chaotic atmosphere ruined it.

New to me but I've been here 4 times in 3 weeks, great friendly service. Everything so far is Fire. I love that they have a Ruben with an Egg on the menu, I always have to add the egg everywhere else. That should be standard! I highly recommend if you want fast casual a step above the basics.

We have been to Ryans many times but always for breakfast. We went this past Thursday and had lunch. I ordered the Naples cheese steak.......I have to say it was the best cheese steak I have ever had. Kudos to Ryan and team for this sandwich.

Best cheesesteaks in town, great breakfast and lunch options also. Ryan & his staff are awesome and always attentive. Has been my go to breakfast/lunch spot for years.
