Stayed at this hotel while on a business trip. I Figured we’d try the in house “Restaurant.” It’s a restaurant if you want to stretch the definition of the word. Poor service, worse food. Really high prices. The photos from two years ago dont accurately reflect the current prices. Go here and you’ll be sorely disappointed. The overpriced food doesn’t match the poor quality taste. You’ll be much happier elsewhere. You can do better Hilton. This would be better served turned into an amenity that’s included with your stay. Such as a free continental breakfast.

We booked a suite at this location. If you like to be woken up every 20 min with the air conditioner turning on and off, this is the place for you. There is no continuous fan so for a light sleeper like myself it was impossible for even an avg night sleep. The rooms are also run down, scratches on all the furniture. Not what I expect from a Hilton

megan, who is the manager and hailey, who is the front desk concierge, are the best in the business! i was very impressed with their knowledge and willingness to make my stay enjoyable. they were absolutely outstanding! i stay at a lot of hotels, and these 2 are standouts! juan, the maintenance guy definitely gets an honorable mention! thanks juan. one of the main reasons i am giving the hotel a 5 star rating, is because of them. however, the property itself is very good too! there are some areas of wear and tear, but overall, the property is well maintained and clean- very clean! the hotel is situated in a quiet area, yet there are a lot of food options right across the parking lot. jason's deli, longhorn steakhouse, starbucks, panera etc. the hotel is only 8 minutes from the airport. the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the airport. the breakfast was good as well. this is my go to hotel, when overnight in fort myers! thanks guys!

This hotel is well sound proofed! No noise could be heard through the walls nor the window. The room was well cleaned, stocked and bed comfortable. Close to restaurants, shopping, FGCU and the beaches.

We stay at lots of Marriott and Hilton properties and this Hilton was very disappointing. The water pressure in the shower was horrible, the TV has limited channels with no movie or streaming options and the nerve to charge $10 pp for breakfast at a rate of over $350 a night. We won’t stay there again. We had a similar experience at Homewood Suites. So, it’ll be only Marriott or Hyatt going forward!!

I was part of a business meeting at the Hilton. We stayed two nights and used a meeting room one day. The airport shuttle is a great amenity. The hotel is quiet, clean, staff is very helpful, the bar is nice (Jack is a great bartender!), clean pool area and they truly took care of us for the small meeting. If I needed a place to stay close to the airport this is the place. We hope to meet there again next year!

It seems they no longer operate as an actual restraunt so just ignore the menu listed here, and they do not provide room service (despite claiming to do so). Just an overpriced hotel buffet

The hotel is a great location with regards to the airport, it was very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. The hotel is clean with a friendly staff. We had planned on visiting family nearby for a few days but unfortunately, we had to leave early. Due to the early checkout Kayla, Erik and Tauriono helped us get a refund. It was a pleasant experience, we will be back

We rented a room to stay in during Hurricane Ian in September 2022 because we had to evacuate our home near the coast. This hotel promised much and delivered nothing. They assured us that they would remain open during Hurricane Ian as they had for Hurricane Irma. They also told us that we could bring our trailer and store it in the parking lot to get it inland during the storm. We called multiple times during the week leading up to the storm to confirm the reservation and parking situation. We were continuously told that the hotel would remain open and that there was ample parking for the trailer. The day before we checked in we called again - this time we were once again assured that the hotel would remain open but that we could not park the trailer there - so we were left scrambling to find an alternative the day before a hurricane. During our stay the hotel was fine - rooms were clean, there was a bar, they had food options (given it was $20-25 per plate and you were limited to small servings). Power fluttered on and off a few times as the storm came in and eventually stayed off. Upon the power going out the front desk posted a sign saying that guests would be required to vacate if power wasn’t back within 24-hours. Well, the power never came back on. The following morning hotel staff were walking through the halls banging on doors and telling everyone they had to be out by noon. This was the day immediately following Hurricane Ian - nowhere had power, we weren’t sure if roads were clear, curfews were still in effect, and I’m guessing we weren’t the only guests who no longer had a home to return to. I’ve never seen such a lack of compassion or desire to help. The front desk staff didn’t give any guidance besides “there are shelters open” or any explanation for the closure other than “it’s policy”. I didn’t even see any staff helping people carry suitcases down the stairs when we were all forced to evacuate. We had friends staying in many hotels in the area for the storm and none of them were forced to vacate due to the power being out. We were assured by staff that this hotel would remain open multiple times - that turned out to be a lie. I wish I could give this hotel -5/5. SHAME ON YOU HILTON.

I stay here for work and it’s nice, little outdated but the rooms are clean and I love that there is a microwave and mini fridge IN the room. With traveling a lot I bring my own food from home to Sam’s some money and it’s a nice change that I don’t have to leave the room to hunt a microwave. The gym is very nice too and they have a peloton, the food at the restaurant is also super yummy, 10/10 on the breakfast!

Not sure where to start here... A lack of management, training and property inspection are hurting this property. First of all, the rates have been absurd for what you get. I understand hotel pricing and I get "season" in Ft. Meyers, but this is short of highway robbery. $275-$400 is way too much for this aging hotel. The hotel lobby is great, clean, and well-decorated for the holidays. The elevators had really bad stained walls and cracked floor. Why does this matter? well, it doesn't, if the room rate corresponds to the rate. The hotel room is dated. It's clean on a 6 of 10 scale with 10 being high-end clean, but you know when something doesn't feel fresh, that's this place recently. There was a string of dust around the carpet perimeter, so this tells me there is not a deep cleaning program. There is peeling wallpaper and paint in the bathroom. These towels were fraying, the luggage racks are all corroded, and these all things that normally happen in hotels, but again, not for $400 a night. This place has a big corporate program and also houses Airline crew, so maybe with that, it's not as important to offer the proper Hilton Guest experience. How this property passes any Hilton inspection is beyond me. They also own the property next door, so obviously, they have some understanding of things. I wrote in a review 6 years ago that things were starting to slip, yet it's not any better, it's getting worse, and the pricing is continuing to rise. If it were $130 a night then I would be happy as can be with the property in this condition, but not for $400. They need to be called out on their poor management, and also I would love to know why Hilton is not inspecting these? I am a Diamond member, so I see my share of hotels, I usually don't complain, but they can't fix what they don't know is broken, so hopefully, here things will improve.

Exceptional staff and hotel. Clean rooms, reception area for weddings and a bistro inside make staying at the Hilton Garden Inn for any function enjoyable. I have personally stayed and have friends whom have stayed that echo my same sentiment. If you’re looking for a good choice for hotel post hurricane Ian this is one one.
