Kind of expensive but that's what you expect at the airport.
Everything tasted exceptional, was hot and came out quickly!
I would definitely eat here again. Friendly service.

This is our third time getting a bagel from the 'Great' American BAGEL Company... third time was not the charm. The first two times the bagel was barely toasted/warm. This last time we again get a bagel, this time asking for extra toasted which was fine but when you order cream cheese you expect to get a good smear of cream cheese to cover the bagel. However, see photo, they barely put any on at all! Pathetic! You specialize in bagels, how is it you don't toast them and barely put any cream cheese on them!?

Was so happy to stumble upon this spot as we waited to fly out of SW Florida. Excellent service with options for the entire family. Very attentive and polite staff. Great coffee and the jalapeño cheddar bagel was delicious.

But no it was barely cooked liked glue! Should have checked it before walking away!

Ft Myers airport. $5 for a bagel with cream cheese. They can’t be bothered to put the cream cheese on for $5 seems so lazy!!!

Ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with butter in the airport. Reached my seat and the following is my bagel. I understand it was busy but I don’t think this is acceptable.

Quick stop on RSW to grab a Cinnamon Crunch bagel and cream cheese. I expected them to put the cream cheese on the bagel but apparently that isn't required at this location.

Super expensive and bagel taste nasty.

Just got a plain bagel with cream cheese. The bagel had the most unpleasant texture, mushy yet crumbly. The cream cheese was grainy and almost tasted like sour cream. Not to mention it is completely overpriced. It was genuinely the most disgusting bagel i've ever had in my life. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat before your flight, any other restaurant or convenience store in this concourse will give you a better experience. I disposed of the bagel right after I spat out the first bite. STAY CLEAR

Absolute worst bagel I ever had in my life.
First they forgot to make my bagel with the rest of the order so I had to wait while others behind me received their order, then when I go t my bagel it was awful - stael and absolutely no taste to an everything bagel - at 7 am in the morning. Maybe I got 3-7 day old bagel.
