Wow excellent costumer service and tasting a good coffee and food .

Worthless place , never have any inventory . I work in the mall and tried so many times to order things , they alway say they don't have anymore .. I've asked for the same thing on their menu over and over , and not 1 time in months did they have any of the sandwichs they have on the menu .. 🤔 absolutely ridiculous ... there is always a strange man there too that works here and has zero respect for anyone . This place can't possibly last for long .

I saw this cafe as I was leaving the mall and there were NO CUSTOMERS so I thought I would grab a quick sandwich and a drink. There was only one lady working behind the counter. It took me about 5 minutes to put in my order for a chicken sandwich and a bottle of water. I grabbed my water and sat down to wait for my sandwich. About 5 minutes later, 2 customers walked in and the lady proceeded to take their order. 25 minutes later, she was still taking their order and talking to them. Not once did she acknowledge me or say anything about my sandwich. I kept looking at her hopelessly. I wasn't in the mood for a confrontation so I walked out. The lady saw me and did not even try to stop me or question why I was leaving. I even tipped her! But that's okay. Let's see if they're decent enough to refund my money. Or maybe I just made a donation? I do not recommend this establishment. The service at the food court would have been faster and probably tasted better.

Delicious, authentic Cuban food. So much better than the usual mall junk food chains. Great service, fresh sandwiches made by hand with fresh ingredients, delicious deserts.

Guava and cheese pastry was fire. Mocha latte was a little sweet, but that’s probably on me for not specifying.

Overall I give it a thumbs up.

Parking: Like the spot, as it is just outside the Edison mall. But that also means you will be subject to all the people going to the mall.

Very expensive ?

Disgusting, finding cockroaches inside a cafe is unpleasant. This happened an hour ago. They should close this place because they don't take care of their customers. They spend so much to find this. The bad time happened today. Don't eat there. Close it. Oh, let the city come to inspect. ?????????????????????

I have been here a few times, even with my fam. The other day I was starving so I decided I wanted a sandwich (preferably chicken) and mamey smoothie. When I got there the Cuban girl was on speaker phone with her husband/boyfriend/partner. I asked how was the chicken sandwich (after she asked what I wanted with her look) she said after telling the man on the phone "I will call you later: is a sandwich...with chicken...(I really wanted know if it was a chicken salad or grilled or breaded...)
Immediately she said the grill hasn't been on all day and it would take forever to make me a sandwich. I was really hungry so I asked for the smoothie. I shouldn't have ordered anything after this actitud.
The smoothie wasn't good at all and I had to run to the bathroom when I got home.
I don't know if she is the owner of the place but she was extremely rude in EVERY aspect of her service. Sorry but I had to say something. I am Cuban and I know Cuban people find hard to understand how this country works and how bad attention and reviews could affect a business. Truly disappointed...

I don’t recommend anyone one to eat here, food is disgusting, found Bugs half way into my coffee, my stomach feels ill, place should be closed down until they get they act together and properly take care of their customers, this spot is supposed to attract people not the other way around, I don’t know how they pass their inspections. DONT GO HERE DISGUSTING. Highly disappointed, feel like I’ve been poisoned. I rather hide out at my house than there

Very good coffee and food. Prices are on par with everyone else. Cuban coffee is just as expected. Stuffed potato balls are tasty. Well worth checking this place out.
