We came for Mother's Day. The seating situation was less than ideal, as our chairs hit the table behind us. Our group was put at three different tables and the food came out by table, with about 7-10 minutes in between. The first table was done eating by the time the second table got food, and the second table was done by the time the third got food. The food seemed to have been sitting a while. Seems they were under staffed.

Server obviously new so not entirely her fault. The only other server should have had the courtesy to stand with her to train properly. Would not be fair to new girl to put details.

I recently ordered takeout from The Standard, and it was a total disappointment. First off, the waiter messed up my order over the phone, so I didn’t even get what I wanted. Then, when I went to pick it up, they assisted three other people before me, leaving me waiting forever. The service was far from standard, more like subpar. To add insult to injury, when I finally got to the front of the line, the waiter who took my order was visibly upset and handed me over to another waiter, who seemed equally uninterested in helping me. The whole experience at The Standard was a mess from start to finish. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I ordered The Goat burger with bison. The meat was a frozen patty without flavor and partially heated, the goat cheese was something that tasted like previously frozen. The entire meal tasted like it was frozen and heated in a microwave. The restroom looked like a dirty desasterzone.
