The value is just not there. I ordered a burrito with double chicken and I could barely see the chicken . Basically a tortilla filled with rice and beans. They told me 7oz of chicken, there is no way I got more than 3 oz. Will not be back.

I am a frequent customer here and for good reason. The staff are ALWAYS so incredibly kind, nice, and helpful. The front girls are always so welcoming and conversational and its lovely. The food is always delicious as well. This place might be one of my favorite places to dine at.

We ordered Garic lime shrimp soft tacos and the only correct ingredient was the shrimp. They included lettuce, tomato, diced onion, sliced jalapeños, shredded cheese, sour cream, and 2 hard shells. The following are the correct ingredients, how does one mess up an order so much on a normal menu item?( grilled shrimp, poblano peppers and onions, corn salsa, garlic lime sauce, guac, queso fresco, cilantro, cabbage and pickled red onions)
We also ordered a chicken chimichanga and there was no chicken. Do your employees just make the food however they see fit? Is it that difficult to look at the menu for the correct ingredients? No one answered the phone each time we called, and we live about 30 minutes from the store. We were not going to drive another hour round trip to get the correct food.
Do yourself a favor and check your food before you leave!

This place isn't the same as it was a few years back. They ruined the menu. It's soulless now. Where's the banging chicken burrito? Food isnt great. The guac is watered down. Chips are okay. During lunch there's basically no seating, and since they don't let customers clean their own tables, there's no seating available for anyone coming in

A Tijuana Flats is a Tijuana Flats. They are pretty consistent no matter which location you go to. This is great when you want to know exactly what to expect and get your same old same old. I really like their hardshell tacos. I get the same thing every time and love their hot sauce bar. I'm not a fan of their salsa but that's just a personal opinion. You can never go wrong at a Tijuana Flats!
