OK, so , 1st time here , right off the bat , I wasn't expecting top notch service because it's a chain .. walked in , An amazing young man greeted us with a vibe that was beyond positive , like a Fiance just said yes to marrying him ... supper happy , positive and energetic ... his name was Tristan ...Then we sat outside to eat , got several different things .. everything is super fresh and taste like someone cares about you made the food ... we will definitely be back minimum once a month .... thank you all for running this place the way you do ... really Really happy new permanent customers here ...Parking: Simple easy parkingKid-friendliness: Energetic super friendly employees , music playing had kids dancing with their mom while here .. I'll admit its been a long time since i have been to Tiajuana Flats. Love the place, but Im rarely on this side of town to enjoy it.I ordered the Chimichanga ..and my jaw dropped when i received it for how small it was... it was 1/2 the size if not more than the last time I was there. I understand that things are more expensive now... but we all know mexica. Food is NOT expensive to make.While the food still tasted great, and it was great to be back... i was sorely disappointed over the portion size vs the price I paid.It was great while it lasted.. but i can get a burito at 3 Pepper three times the size with all the fixings for the same price.But despite my review... see for yourself.. they have great tasting product.

The manager at this store is horrible. I have the app and the online account and couldn't redeem my rewards. So I ask her to do it at the counter. She refused and gave me huge attitude. I ordered the drink and she was so mad she fill up the cup with ice. I ask her to please remove some of the ice and got even more attitude ?. Will never come back here again ? so sad over a soda. they lost a costumer that spends 53.00 weekly.

Menu has changed. More limited and not so good. Had a burrito which had chicken drowned in Buffalo sauce. It was not good. I did not complain as I ate it.
