Time To Make Wine / Hangar 41 Winery & Brew Shop

Partly my fault, Check Those Hop Dates!! Purchased 25 ounces of hops in November 2024 and I’d say 60% were 1-2 years past their Best Buy date. They were brown and had no aroma. Unfortunately I didn’t notice this until I had to dump my skanky ass IPA, haven’t had to dump one in years.

Stopped by for a hop spider, they had exactly what I needed and more for my brew day. Picked up some delicious wine for also. Highly recommend.

Had no idea there was a winery in Fort Myers. 67 wines to sample for $1 each. The chocolate mocha was my favorite! Fun little place and will go back!

This place is awesome! They have such a great and varied supply of pretty much everything you could need to brew on your own. Tony was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Great brew shop, very knowledgeable and friendly people whether you're there to buy one cork or a large batch of custom wine they'll take the time to answer questions and help you find the right supplies. Nice selection of fermenters, bottles, yeasts, additives etc. Prices are usually better than ebay or amazon and you can buy stuff individually to get started very affordably.

Great wines and great service! I stopped by with my mom the past couple times I’ve visited from North Carolina. They really go above and beyond for their guests when it comes to the overall experience. Shout out to Tony for making this afternoon a good memory!

If you want to make your own wine ?with friends or team building with coworkers great place to go. They provide a selection of grain, hops, and yeast to make beer. They also sell beer kits.

Really cool spot with some delicious wines!! Tony was a fantastic host to a private tasting. Definitely will be back!

Loved this shop AND the wine making experience. As part of the wine making experience we got to do several tastings. Sandy knows her stuff and shares her knowledge in a way that makes it fun to learn. I highly recommend their wine and gifts and love the customer service.
