Food Is Top Tier , Very Family Oriented. Clean Environment and Very Welcoming. If Food was so Good make You Want to Slap Your Mama Was a Person; It Would Definitely Be Top Notch BBQ‼️ I usually Get The Chicken Dinner With Baked Beans, Mac and Cheese and A Side Of Collard Greens. I have never in my life written a review, but I felt the need to warn other customers! The Panera bread off MLK can never get your order correct! Tonight in the drive-through was over the top…. After they got my order all wrong, they wanted to charge me for an extra cookie and then I realized I didn’t even have one out of two I did pay for! The manager, Timothy, was extremely rude and lied that he saw the other employee put the cookie in my bag after that, he literally accuse me of lying and slammed the window as hard as he could!!!! I have no words!! I have never been treated so rudely from any restaurant in my life! I will not be returning to the Panera bread on MLK in Tampa Florida!!!!! And I wish I could tell Timothy’s employer that he should be fired and he gives the worst customer service ever!!!!

I stopped coming to this store. I always order the same thing and the last time I ordered the chicken frontega sandwhich there was barely any chicken and nothing else they normally put on it. It was mostly bread. They need to be consistent with the quality and amount of food you're given for the price. I blame this on management.
