Food was okay this trip. The first visit was just after they opened and it was much better. The Chicago hot dog was just a hot dog with lots of condiments. Kinda disappointing. The fries are good.

The owner was so happy and eager to give us the best dining experience he could when we walked in. I had the pastrami and my wife got the chicken parm. Both were delicious, but the chicken parm was definitely the hidden gem... Thick and juicy with a really nice red sauce.

I also enjoyed the pickles, they tasted homemade. The macaroni salad was unique and different than any other macaroni salad that I have ever had, but it was really good.

I stopped because it was conveniently located, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the owner, Pat. He served me very quickly, and was very proud of his sandwiches. He even said if I don’t like it, he’ll make me another. Let me tell you... This has to be the best pastrami I’ve ever tasted. The food was incredible, the service was excellent, and the smooth background music created a delightful experience. I’ll be back very soon. Thank you, Pat!
