Came to this establishment for a green island smoothie and instead I got the detox when asked to correct it. They had me wait 20 minutes and the staff kept asking me if I wanted to wait I repeated myself five different times that I did. Then I absurd, a white older woman come in, and immediately they fixed her order that extremely saddened me. They were extremely rude to me and kept asking me if I wanted to wait I didn’t understand why they kept asking me that when I was waiting patiently. I was racially profiled in this establishment.

The young lady that took my order with food in her mouth, and then went to make my smoothies, and then walked to the back of the store, returned after very clearly, putting more food in her mouth because she was chewing and touching her mouth with her ungloved hands, who then went over and continued making my drinks. I order from this place a lot and the service is usually very good and this time it took 2 to 3 times as long to make my three smoothies because she was taking breaks while she was filling my order. I don’t know kind of sounds like a food handlers violation to me.

I usually order from Tropical Smoothie on Boy Scout Drive and always have a great experience. The last 3 times that I've order from the Summerlin Rd location there has been hair in my food and the smoothies have been more like fruit juice than a frozen smoothie. Any place can have a bad day, but three times is too much. Won't be going to this location again

I generally love this place and was so excited that they got fruit bowls. But really a small cup size for over $10. I also asked to put protein in the mixture just like they do everywhere else. Was told it’s premade and not allowed to add. You have 20 blenders and it’s premade??? First and last time I’ll get a bowl. I’ll stick with smoothies and wraps.

I love this Tropical smoothie cafe, but it is two different shifts , one shift I totally love it another I totally dont! I see very different shifts, today august 23 evening shift no no no no!!!! I live next to and I come here every day and I have very diffetent service!!!

The leadership is great at this location. Manager is always hands on and leading by example. Therefore the staff is very hospitable and accommodating. Always very attentive and quick to serve. 100% recommend this Tropical smoothie Cafe!

Anasia shouldn’t be a s”shift lead” if she has to ask others if they can sub out a bread request. I went this evening to order a sandwich for my child that’s not in a wrap instead the bread she advised me that she can charge me for the turkey bacon sandwich removing all toppings to give me what I requested but couldn’t change the bread? How do you want me to pay for a full loaded sandwich to get the “bread” instead of just substituting the wrap for the bread as ridiculous as it sounds I’ve never had an issues ordering it any other time however tonight the “shift lead” is being very difficult to accommodate the request. Whoever is the GM should definitely revise their leads who can seem to accommodate customers request. I didn’t ask for a speciality sandwich and want a kids price I simply asked to change the bread.

A healthier smart casual option serving a variety of smoothies, sandwiches and wraps. I had the pomegranate plunge and my wife got the peanut paradise smoothie. Both were fantastic and came in large cups. My chipotle chicken club flatbread sandwich came in a soft grilled pita and had a nice strong chipotle flavor. . My wife loved her Buffalo chicken wrap. Service was fast and friendly. Store is bright and airy, nicely complimenting the tropical vibe. Definitely a go to when you're getting food on the go. 5* = incredible (rare)4* = very good/ strong desire to return3* = generally good experience 2* = poor/ no desire to return 1* = a particularly awful experience
