Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Earlier today I stopped by and I ordered the Cranberry Truffle smoothie (first time trying it) and not only was it made fast, but it was blended perfectly—smooth, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. The gorgeous girl named Kimberly A made it and handed me it, she was so nice and heartwarming I will definitely stop by again!

Very poor customer service, Lady at the window had no smile no words at all actually and just dirty looks…The name says Kimberly A on my receipt. My smoothie came very messy. Smoothie tastes ok but definitely not worth $10 for the mess and attitude that came with it. Seems to be a pattern with the people being hired at this location…

I was absolutely appalled when I opened my wrap and found this inside. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. It’s beyond disappointing that any establishment would allow food in this condition to be served to a customer. There is simply no excuse for this kind of disregard for basic food quality and hygiene.

Tropical Smoothie has always been my favorite to eat healthy places since the first time my son brought me to the Cape location. Food is always fresh, staff most of them are super friendly, professional, and care about there jobs.

Great food, and they give law enforcement discounts which is very generous of them. 😀❤️

Second time this week all my fruit was completely frozen and no granola in the acia bowl which it lists in the ingredients. I couldn’t even eat the fruit

Staff not friendly at all. My PB Banana FB the bread was so hard you couldn't bite into it and was sloppy made. Only reason I even go there is cause it's by my gym.

Regular customer at Tropical Smoothie and this experience was quite something else. Attitude at the drive thru window because the employee was having a bad day. Gets even better! Called to speak to manager about it and was told, “Is that it? Have a great day” and hung up! It’s pretty simple, if you don’t like what you do, find another profession to do that you will enjoy. Being polite goes a long way! Cheers!

As long as you go through the drive through you're great, in store you wait 40 minutes for 2 smoothies. The boss clearly is trying to keep labor down but in the wrong way. I work in food so I know what I'm saying

Ordered smoothies and food off the tropical smoothie app. Doordash driver forgot to grab the food. Contacted the store and the manager instantly drove my food to me without question. Top tier service. 10/10
