When we pulled up to order there was no “hello”, thank you, or any other acknowledge besides taking my money even after greeting the cashier myself and saying thank you once the order was complete. It was young male. While eating my wrap, I noticed something fuzzy on the cheese. Absolutely disgusting! Will never come to this location again!

Their smoothies are awesome , a bit pricey. The sandwiches are a great combo with the smoothie. You get a very good discount when you purchase together.
This place must be doing BADLY BAD in business because it seems this is the only tropical smoothie that forces you and goes out of their way to nickel and dime you for every little add-on.For example the other professional, way better tropical smoothie, like the one on boy scout in ft Myers and the SUPER PROFESSIONAL TROPICAL SMOOTHIE on Santa Barbara in the Cape ... They don't charge you $2-3 for a half a teaspoon of ginger pieces that's not even ORGANIC!!!!If you substitute an ingredient for something else that should be it .... Not get charged for switching ingredients... That's pathetic... That's nickel and diming us for things already paid for in the price of the smoothie.... All I'm doing is switching ingredients NOT ADDING .... if I'm adding ingredients then ok ... I'll pay extra for extra ingredients... But I'm just substituting the strawberry for blueberries and the OJ (that's not fresh squeezed ) for ginger ( that's not organic) and only a half a teaspoon full if that's what I get at times ..That shouldn't make a $6-7 smoothie become $10 .... RIDICULOUS... AND ITS ALWAYS A BUNCH OF LITTLE SPANISH NON ENGLISH SPEAKING IMMATURE KIDS WORKING THERE LIKE THE MANAGER DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DIVERSIFY??????? WHAT'S UP WITH THAT MANAGEMENT????I'm guessing the manager there is a Spanish male because there's always little Spanish girls working there... I hope he isn't promising citizenship. If I could give you zero stars I would. We went there and 4 of us got sick … when I tell you that for us to have gotten the way we did, your kitchen must be ridden. Trust me I will be contacting corporate and please do not reply to this review apologizing without compensating me or doing SOMETHING about it … yes you let us down. Big time. We were there Friday night and your floors in your kitchen were completely wet… it seemed like everyone in the kitchen were too young to really know what they were doing. You have to have high standards. You’re dealing with food. You need to be inspected. There should be no complaints of mold on your breads yet I saw that there was. That’s just unacceptable. Period. If I were you I would not eat or drink here until they give me a tour of the kitchen. You will be reported and inspections will be made.

Smoothies are inconsistent in quality. If I’m paying $10 for a drink it should be consistent in quality and taste. Half the time they are too runny. I used to go often but now I’m making them at home.

Always a treat when I come here before work. They are as fast as the blenders can spin! The manager always takes a peak when I'm there. The Sunrise Sunset is my favorite. Thanks for being great!

Just stopped to get a smoothie. I was charged $9.25 and had to ask for the receipt and a napkin. Almost $10.00 for a shake made by an unkilled teenager. This is BullShite!!!!!!! We need more mom and pops to put these global prices to death!!!!!!!
