Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I came on a Wednesday, to order a smoothie. I’ve never been to this location and I was in town. I had horrible service. Kiara was the one who served me, being unhelpful and rude, laughing in my face. She made my drink and it was not even what I had asked for. This is my last time attending this Tropical Smoothie.

Very nice smoothie place. Ava and Kiki the smoothie maker was efficient.

A very nice place. Kiara makes them the best - very smooth and creamy. Wish everyone made them like hers.

Just go to smoothie king. The acai bowls here are half the size and double the price

Food contamination, there was ~10 pieces of clear plastic blended up with my smoothie. Attached is a photo of one of the pieces.

The service is fantastic the people greet you with so much respect. always so cleaned and fresh smelling when you walk in or out of the store Alexa is a wonderful worker and such a great helper. I came in today and she was such a great help. thank you tropical smoothie cafe??

I get takeout at least once a week from this store. The smoothies are always great and the food is freshly made. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Crystal and her crew are awesome.

I love Tropical Smoothie and Caffe, I stopped yesterday (03/16/24) for the very first time at the new one in the Veranda plaza on Palm Beach Blvd, what a mistake. The ladies making the smoothies took my order and they made a mistake, and left my order to the last, While every body who came after me had their orders filled I was just standing there waiting and waiting for about 20 minutes. When I asked them what happened with my order (one smoothie) She stated “ oh I have to make it again”. When I finally got my order, the taste was horrible, I don’t know what they did, but it was the nastiest smoothie I ever had, I didn’t have any more and threw it in the garbage. I definitely don’t recommend this place and I won’t give them another chance.

This is my go to place to get a smoothie. Island green or island green detox is the best. They have a great deal of buy one get one smoothies 4-7 if you mention the happy hour deal.

Being as empty as it was I should have known. The female that took my order did not have a customer service bone in her body. She did not greet us took my order and just starred at me. They had discontinued the sandwich I ordered and she just snarked “what” instead of explaining they didn’t have it anymore and just stayed starring. I don’t know if it was because I wasn’t white or what. I don’t want to make it about race but her attitude spoke VOLUMES!

Forgot my smoothie on one of my deliveries, never got a refund to my knowledge. Disappointed.
