I get takeout at least once a week from this store. The smoothies are always great and the food is freshly made. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Crystal and her crew are awesome.

I love Tropical Smoothie and Caffe, I stopped yesterday (03/16/24) for the very first time at the new one in the Veranda plaza on Palm Beach Blvd, what a mistake. The ladies making the smoothies took my order and they made a mistake, and left my order to the last, While every body who came after me had their orders filled I was just standing there waiting and waiting for about 20 minutes. When I asked them what happened with my order (one smoothie) She stated “ oh I have to make it again”. When I finally got my order, the taste was horrible, I don’t know what they did, but it was the nastiest smoothie I ever had, I didn’t have any more and threw it in the garbage. I definitely don’t recommend this place and I won’t give them another chance.

This is my go to place to get a smoothie. Island green or island green detox is the best. They have a great deal of buy one get one smoothies 4-7 if you mention the happy hour deal.

Being as empty as it was I should have known. The female that took my order did not have a customer service bone in her body. She did not greet us took my order and just starred at me. They had discontinued the sandwich I ordered and she just snarked “what” instead of explaining they didn’t have it anymore and just stayed starring. I don’t know if it was because I wasn’t white or what. I don’t want to make it about race but her attitude spoke VOLUMES!

my first ever visit to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe in the US. A surprising range of sandwiches as well as the expected smoothies was on the menu. The service was polite, friendly and patient. I chose the green bowl with avocado, kale and spinach and it was delicious without being overly sweet.. prices were reasonable for the quality.. the location was clean.. go check them out...

i was treating my family to lunch yesterday when i witnessed a shift leader throwing blenders and lids onto the floor (which is extremely unsanitary and disgusting) then slamming them back into the sink scaring my sons and other customers, a younger girl tried to calm her down but she just got even more mad. This shows the level of professionalism this location has towards their customers and staff. We tried to ignore the temper tantrum going on in the back, but frankly, it was disturbing to watch. (The smoothie wasn’t even made correctly) I am never coming back here again! And you can be sure that we will be warning others.Kid-friendliness: A horrible example to show my children. NEVER again
The manager was an absolutely wonderful to deal with when my smoothie came out wrong, telling me "that's the way its supposed to be" and to "deal with it" instead of simply offering to replace it. I honestly can't blame the employees, the manager seems to be the incompetent one and the employees just deal with it.

This location has only been open a few months so i don't know why they are already messing up that bad lol. Ordered through doordash because i was at work, Kale apple salad had about 4 pieces of kale looked like someone got a bit hungry before my food arrived and my smoothies had about an inch thick of chocolate powder on the bottom. gross! Think twice about door dashing so if something is wrong you can tell them.
