By far the worst customer service of any dining establishment that I have ever experienced in Southwest Florida. I've been here 3 times because the prices are affordable but the food is average at best. I ordered today and specifically asked for chicken and shrimp in my order, which I was willing to pay more for. I paid the $4 extra and only received shrimp. I then contacted the restaurant to report the problem and the woman on the phone was very rude and was unwilling to do anything...read full review
