They gave no sauce for the sweet and sour chx. The wonton soup had freezer burned meat in it! It tasted horrible! The crisps were also stale! I will not be ordering from this place again!

Ordered beef terriyaki. Tasted good, but the smallest ones I’ve ever seen. White rice was good. Place could use a good cleaning. Service was great and fast.

I was introduced to this restaurant and the food was good, I went back a second time food was still good ,went back the third time and I had the beef broccoli with the fried rice but no beef in my broccoli my boyfriend had boneless rib tips with shrimp fried rice.but barely any rib tips I took my food home When I got home I realized there was any meats in any of the plates so I was wondering if they just had a shortage of meat 😞 So I called them to let them know that there was barely Any meat in our plate and all he could say was sorry Well guess what they just lost another customer
i get take out for myself and my family sometimes after work just cause they're open late and on the way home but i keep coming back bc this place is just the best. the food alone is delicious enough to keep me loyal along with generous portions but the staff is also so friendly and the girl that works the front counter is especially attentive to her regulars and the local community.

4.1 is a Travesty. BEST LO MEIN we have ever had- real fresh garlic, perfect beef/chicken, perfectly seasoned and balanced- Michelin Star Lo Mein. Delicious Pineapple Chicken (Like a General Tso's / sweet and sour pineapple sauce). Spring rolls and eggrolls seem more generic/frozen than their main dishes here. I don't even like lo mein, but man o mein you'll see what I mein when you order mein.

The food was exceptional, but unfortunately, my experience with customer service fell short. When I called to place a pickup order, the representative's tone was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I had politely asked her to repeat herself, and she responded with noticeable irritation. I mentioned that I was calling for a pickup, to which she replied, 'Well, I have four orders for pickup right now, what's your name?' She then abruptly ended the call, telling me to come in 'ten minutes.' When my partner arrived to pick up the order, it became clear that the negative tone had continued, as she conveyed unprofessional remarks to him to pass along to me.
This experience underscores the importance of strong customer service skills. While the quality of the food was fantastic, the manner in which customers are treated plays a significant role in shaping their overall experience. A positive interaction can make a lasting impression and encourage repeat business, while a negative one can overshadow even the best products
