I love this place and the employees! The drinks are great and they're always smiling! The cotton candy and beachy peachy are my favorites plus they have green bites go treats! I regularly meet friends and clients there.

I am picky about my tea and this place is on par! Sometimes I just don’t know what I want and their recommendations never disappoint. Staff is always so nice and friendly! Skip Starbucks and come get your buzz!

Ordered a matcha latte got a cup of milk. This is whiter than the building this place is in. The lighting actually makes it look darker than it really is but man my wife was disappointed in her drink.

My order is always wrong. I just order a matcha with lavender syrup added and I’m consistently given the “lavender fields” drink. I even make it clear that I do not want that drink. I think they’ve only given me the correct drink once.

I actually think they do a great job here. The drive thru can be a little slow sometimes, but the drinks are always great.

My personal favorite thing to order is a copy-cat of the Banana Bread Blondie from 7-Brew:
• Medium latte with 1 pump of each: banana, hazelnut, caramel, vanilla and then half & half instead of milk!

No one was attentive, slightly rude, waited a while for my drink when I was the only one in the shop the whole time, and the drink is legit all milk portions are just off espresso to milk. Wouldn’t have complained if there wasn’t like 5 workers just standing there

Ever since the shift to the toast platform…previously purchased giftcards stopped working so I gave the girls my gift card info and the owner Alex was supposed to do something on his end to fix it. Went back two days later to get a drink and asked the girl what’s up about it & she said he’s not in today and her hands are tied. It’s been over a week now and I haven’t heard anything about it and have now called & left not just one, but two voice messages for the owner(s) saying I’m getting pretty irritated that fixing people’s giftcards has clearly not been a priority when it should be. I’m sorry, but if you’re a business owner you do not get off days when you don’t have things working properly at your stores. Not sure what else to do, but leave a bad review because damn guys- get it together. No shade to any of the girls working, this is more of an owner issue.

I love Urban Buzz for the workers, vibes, and pretty good cold brew. I think it serves a purpose as mostly beverage business, which is fair. However, there could be more expansion with food and coffee. My biggest problem is the lack of supply for cold brew. I can go at 12pm and theres none left. It happens often enough that if I don't go in the morning, after I'll likely choose another coffee place that I know will actually have coffee. Love you Urban and just want to offer constructive criticism!
