I would advise individuals of color to exercise caution when considering a visit to this establishment. My recent experience was marred by a lengthy delay in receiving my take-out order, while those who dined in received their food in a timely manner. I opted to stay and dine in, but the blonde-haired server refused to accommodate my request, citing that I could not change my original order. Furthermore, my food had not yet been prepared, and I requested a refund, which took an excessive amount of time to process. The entire experience was underwhelming, and I will not be returning to this Waffle House. In comparison, I have had more positive experiences at Cracker Barrel, where I have received superior service and quality food at a similar price point.

P.S my first time eating here I had an Haitian server she is actually the reason why I returned
sad her judgmental employees made her lose a customer

Was around 9 pm not busy but the cook served burnt food...
Very disappointed in the service. Waited almost 30 minutes for our food.

Food was up to par. Waitress was rude and unprofessional. Leaving her shift and not relaying my to go order to the rest of her crew, which in turn had my food and me waiting for no reason other then her lack of care to her job.

It is what it is. Waffle House is geared for simple affordable meals. They have an unusual focus on the careers of their employees. Still owned by the original family. 24 hour breakfast. Incredible whole milk chocolate drink. Never gotten sick eating at any waffle House. Hearty meals.

Vegetarian options: Waffles are vegetarian.

Parking: Usually open late or round the clock.

Kid-friendliness: Adults and kids friendly.

Kind of noisy, normally our waiter is fantastic. We had a female waitress who wasn't very good this time.

Waffles House is one of our favorite places to eat when we're in the south. This one did not disappoint! Not only was the food phenomenal but our server was one of the most sweetest people we've ever met. We made a good friend that day. We'll forever love our visit there!

Food was fine. Our server wasn't much interested and neglected to bring our creamers for our coffee so I had to ask another server. When we arrived nobody acknowledged us.
