Horrible service. Waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes with one car ahead of us to find they forgot stuff. Went back and spent another 10 minutes in the store to get what was forgotten, then got home and found the burgers were wrong as well

Would you call this piece of garbage a classic chicken sandwich? I’m absolutely appalled.

I had ordered an Uber and went through the drive-through at Wendy’s to go home and eat so I had asked for everything to be fresh, then placed my order I ordered two big bags one JBC biggie bag and one double stack biggie bag. The buns were hard the meat was like rubber and all dried out also on the double stack biggie bag. I had specifically stated I don’t want pickle! But there was pickle I’m allergic to pickles, cucumbers, The sandwich was not even edible. It was disgusting terrible the fries that came with the biggie bag was cold and it had salt, even though I had ordered no salt on the fries. The nuggets wasn’t tasty either. They weren’t hot, but they weren’t cold. However, when I ordered what I wanted to drink with both bags, I had said orange HighC no ice she tries to hand me the Cups with ice in them. I told her no ice once again so she’s strange both of the cups into another cup After already having ice in it. I had politely asked her if she can just dump it out and make me fresh orange HighC with no ice because it tasted water down and she said no I’m not dumping it out you can drink it. I do not appreciate being treated like this by Wendy’s staff and them getting away with it because they are managers, I would like a refund for both of my bags because I am not able to eat them but I can’t take them back to the store because I don’t have the money to pay for another Uber and she didn’t even have the decency to give me my receipt

I asked for two cheeseburgers with special instructions but when I got to my destination and had my burgers. They became hamburgers not Jr cheeseburgers. I called ask for a meal comp, they didn't do it so I had to call HQ, where they did it. Always get your receipt from here because they don't think it happened. How can someone make this up. Oh yeah it was a black girl in the drive thru window and a Hispanic or such short lady as manager. And I called back the same day n the day after I spoke with another manager.

Hopefully you like getting spicy nuggets even though you wanted regular because that’s all they will give you. Every single time I order REGULAR nuggets I get spicy no idea what the problem is or the miss communication is but some people want regular nuggets 🤷🏼♀️

Absolutely the worst. I thought CC was bad, but this location is awful. Paid for a spicy chicken nuggets, spicy chicken sandwich, and a sweet tea. They gave me classic chicken and the sweet tea was watered down with a splash of lemonade. Should have gone to the Arby's next door.
