Horrible service. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese. When I realized they forgot the cheese, I politely came back and said it was just a mistake. Instead of making a new one, the guy literally just threw a cold slice of cheese inside the sandwich and gave it back to me like this. Didn’t even bother to fix it properly or remake it. When I apologized for coming back, he just said “you okay” and walked away. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting customer service. I won’t ever come back here again.

The employees signal each other by whistling when someone they have pass judgment on, walks in the store. Im not sure if the use the signal to tamper with your their food or if they just think its funny to judge others they know nothing about. In addition the employees will smoke cigarettes in front of the store and stand right at the door where customers walk in. Then go directly back to work making food without washing their hands.
The entire staff should be fired. The only employee I seen smoke behind the store, where no customers would be effected was a thin black lady. She said the managers tell them to smoke in front of the store and not behind it. Gross place.

Called down there because I witnessed the manager woman who is short with slick black hair treat a young black man working there like crap. Of course, who answers the phone? She does. Said she doesn’t know the number to corporate. I’m hoping this isn’t a Wendy’s owned by the Garmathy family because they’re good people and wouldn’t tolerate how she’s treating employees. She sounds like she’s racist. Not cool at all and I wish I had asked the young man for his information because I’d give him the name of a good attorney. So, corporate, fire her! I’ll be calling back tomorrow to ask the other manager the number for corporate because the bad lady manager who appears to be racist said she doesn’t know it and another manager would know it. She was very rude on the phone to me and said, “I’m the manager.” Um ok and you should know not to be racist and mistreat your employees and I’m sure in training they gave you the number to corporate.

This place is the worst ! They don’t have products and they have a bad attitude. I ordered a browny crusty and they were like … we don’t have the brownie . If Dave would only know.
This place is extremely unprofessional they always mess up orders, the staff constantly messes up orders than make you feel stupid claiming that was exactly what you ordered. I absolutely hate coming to this Wendy’s and will never be coming back. I have been here 5 times in the last month and my order has been wrong 4 of 5 times. The manage is this big white lady who basically lets all these people just do whatever they want, their is no attention to detail when making food, and never a warm welcome when you come inside to order. This place is trash, this is the prime example of why people say “no wonder they work in fast food because they wouldn’t cut it anywhere else” But I will say this fast food is a job, and some people do great at it and should be respected for making an honest living, but the team here sucks!

The place is messy and dirty, and the people don't seem to want to work there. The owner should take better care of this place. Excellent location for travelers.
