Kevin claimed he was the manager. He refuses to honor the deals in the Wendy's app. I was given a made up line that all of thier scanners are broken. Then they told me I had to go through the drive through. Then I was told that wasn't a valid deal and they don't honor any of the app deals or award points. Claims he "never saw a code on a phone like that". We left and went to McDonalds.

The manager in there is so disgusting and you can tell he hates his job which is clearly not anyone’s fault but his own. I explained to him that one of his workers were wiping their hands on their shirt while preparing food with no gloves and it wasn’t a good look and he looked at me with an attitude, and just said OK and turned his back. Imagine how much other disgusting things they’re doing in there. They need to do better

The burger was a bit cold, but the staff was wonderful, Lavours who took the order was extremely polite, friendly, and attentive, he was great !

Usually fresh hot tasty food here! Part of the Loves Large Truck Stop . Arbys and Loves gas station in same building. Don't think I've ever had a bad meal here. Stop and get gas, some tasty grub and something for the road.ONLY drawback to this place, it IS almost always a very busy place. Several diesel fuel pumps at back and several gas pumps in front. Almost always waiting in traffic leaving the parking lot to road. Semis and large trucks always in and out as this station is right off I 75.
