This place is in sad shape for a long time you couldn't even go inside to order and eat now you can but if you want to go through the drive-thru the remote ordering kiosk is out of order so you have to drive to the window and wait in a long line the food is good but not that good

I am an Uber driver, the store is empty, the order was not ready with 3 people working, it took a long time to pick it up and when I asked for it to be delivered through the quick pick-up window, they forced me to enter the store. I think it was very bad service.

To start off this place can never get a to go order right and today in the morning the lady with a poor attitude didn’t even give me my change nor receipt it was less than a dollar so I didn’t care enough to make a big deal but she gave me my food slammed the window and than walked away I waited a minute before just leaving realizing she wasn’t coming back than to find out they messed my order up again. Tried calling & no calls go through
Foods get forgotten often like today where they forgot my chicken sandwich… especially on late night hours… but the food is okay for the price…

I went through the Drive Thru, and was greeted with such kindness at 6:30am today Monday 9/23/24. The cashier was named Jose, and he always had a smile on. I literally drive an extra 15 mins just to come to this Wendys, cause they always have amazing customer service. Thank You!

With only 2 people in the drive thru and nobody inside, you would think they could get an order right by just adding onion that was requested when ordering my chicken sandwich. These people are getting paid way too much for being incompetent in reading an order. I will no longer be helping contribute to paying these people that can’t follow simple instructions.
