Placed a mobile app and when I went to ✔️ on it was told they didn't have the order. Showed the receipt to a woman who denied being the manager but clearly was in charge. She told me there was nothing she could do, that they had nothing to do with the app and if I wanted the order I'd have to pay for it again. Then she told me to call the 1-800 #, I asked her what that was and she told me I'd have to figure that out.Follow up:I reached out to the 800# and local management and was treated with empathy and respect. Kudos, it made me feel much better about the situation.

If you alter your order, check it before you leave. Trust is lost. Seriously. Don’t move from the drive thru window. I simply ordered extra onion on my cheeseburger and received ONE mere onion. Also asked for mayo on it. No Mayo received.They will legit serve you what the hell is already made.Seriously, just open up your order, inspect it and assure they prepared it as ordered.It is a bitter pill to swallow, work for your money and when you spend it……..you don’t receive what you expect spending your money ought to deliver.

Went there on March 5 at around 9 pm the night supervisor or manager took me and my fiance order through the drive thru. She rushed us through that and was very rude. Absolutely Unprofessional women. Day time staff way nicer !!!!!
