The service is terrible and employees bickering amongst themselves in front of customers. Manager? Belittling staff in front of customers. Never again!!!
CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. It is practically impossible to translate your order, a simple request, and then after many minutes – – no chance the order is correct. Worst employees I’ve seen in a long time. Really not worth going into this establishment! Shameful!

The service was horrible. Ordered a head they said they had just gotten the order, I waited for 10 minutes then got my food. Once I was home and I noticed I was missing food and my chili had NO beans.... What the hell???? Every time I go to this Wendy's is horrible. Nothing but a bunch of kids running the place. I DO NOT recommend this wendy's again. Good luck if you go.

I've been here twice. The first time the store said they never received the order so I did not get anything. The second time the food was inedible. The patties are undercooked. The buns are hard and all of the food is cold except for the fries. The service was quick. Feeling ripped off.
Go somewhere else.

After an extended wait where they had time to make it fresh I got served lukewarm nuggets and ROCK HARD burgers. Pattys and buns were hard so I'm assuming it was old food that either sat in a heat lamp or was microwaved. Either way I'm disgusted and disappointed. Do better guys.

I've worked in customer service a long time. Longer than I ever wanted to work in customer service but that's a story for another time.
Here's some customer service 101 tips. When the customer drives up to the intercom don't say "give me a second" and have them wait 3 minutes without acknowledging their existence, and then say "Drive up to the window" and then again not acknowledge their existence.
Instead, check back with the customer every minute or so and explain the problem. If you're having computer issues, most people understand that with their jobs.
Also instead of calling your manager over and having them not be able to fix the problem and having a third person come over and having them not still fix the problem, and just ignoring the customer the entire time, instead, again acknowledge the problem exists to the customer and let them know that it might be a little while, and let the customer who might be in a hurry decide whether or not they want to wait.
The vast majority of people will appreciate the ongoing updates nobody likes to just sit there and wait because waiting in a car in a drive-thru seems like forever especially when you can see the people who are supposed to be helping you dealing with a problem.
See I was going to make a joke like I always do with these reviews, turn it into a running gag, an accurate review but a running gag, but this seems to be down to poor leadership and a lack of understanding of basic customer service. If somebody had just done the bare minimum of explaining what was going on and that it might be a while, I would have left because I was in a little bit of a hurry, but I wouldn't be writing this bad review waiting on an instacart driver to drop off McDonald's.

I ordered at the drive through at 1215am on the way to the airport. I was helped by Wendell who did an awesome job- he was very friendly and polite and I'm sure he had alot of closing tasks he would rather be doing 45 min before the store closes but he didn't show it for a second. He even informed me of their 2 for 7 deal which I'm sure just made more work for himself which is admirable. Very good job and I hope he receives recognition that is so lacking in places like drive through and retail.

If there were a negative star number, i would absolutely give this place a negative review. The wendys on McGregor near Gladiolus is the closest Wendy's to me. Every time I go there, they get my order completely wrong. I don't understand how they can't understand basic instructions like no onion on my burger or fresh fries, please. Every time, it's always something. I was so fed up i actually went in to get a refund. The manager didn't even refund the correct order. I was shorted 3 bucks. I asked for the franchise owners card or number, but she couldn't provide it upon request. I shook my head and just left. I do not recommend this location for anyone.

Dingy place with employees who appeared to need a good scrub. Lots of kidding around behind the counter while customers waited for orders. My husband’s cheeseburger was good, the fries were excellent.
