I would say the food quality has definitely gone down specifically when it comes to the fries for some reason every time we go and get fries at this specific Wendy’s they tend to never put salt on the fries. Didn’t know I had to end up putting might own salt on the fries at home 😂. As well as customer service is beyond the worst don’t even get a simple thank you or look at you in the eyes at all.

Just last night at 6:30 PM I was craving a Wendy’s hamburger, I pulled into the parking lot went on my Wendy’s app ordered a Dave single with cheese, tomatoes, extra pickles and mayonnaise. The young girl at the drive-through was exceptional very hospitable and definitely very pleasant. She handed me my hamburger through the drive-through window and I drove home. I live approximately 3 miles from Wendy’s. Got home set up my kitchen table opened up my hamburger the burger itself was not one bit hot, the cheese was not melted and truly a terrible experience. Sorry Wendy’s you lost a customer, There is no need to have a burger that is prepared and served that way!

I use the drive through. The cashier totally ignored my request for hot sauce for my chili. The bun on my burger was stale. Typical poor service at Wendy's It's what you can begin to expect. It's more of an event if you get good service and they get your order right.

3 stars only because staff worked to please every customer that I saw. Food cold and tasteless. Inside in seating area was filthy I saw customer get the cleaning supplies and cle a n diesel own table. Food for most part was cold and flat no taste. I blame the way to young mgr.
We stopped around 10:00 pm, ordered a double stack, which was cold. The meat was dried out, the cheese was cold, definitely no chance if melting. The fries also were old and cold. We got our food right away so we knew it wasn't fresh but at least nuke it,! The staff was friendly. But this was my first and only experience with the Burger menu at Wendy's I'll stick to the breakfast and that's it. And I'll stay to the ones in Cape Coral.

The staff were nice but the food was not very good. No ice in soda dispenser and the soda was flat. No containers to put ketchup in. Maybe they don’t really get much eat in traffic but even so, the food was a little below average at best

After placing my order in the drive-through! I was asked “what had happened now yo” I repeated my order! Waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes for my two junior bacon cheeseburgers! I come home tonight to find I paid $22 for those junior bacon cheeseburgers! unbelievable!

The service is almost always terrible at this location no matter who is working. It takes them forever to answer at the drive thru and you get to the window and it takes even longer. Today we only ordered 2 frostys and a coffee and we sat at the window forever. They need some new and good management that actually care about serving their customers and get can get their employees to move!
