Food has no lettuce or onion & food was cold straight out the drive thru, find some employees who actually want to work, second time I have gone there and my food was straight up cold had to go home and reheat it which made it taste like crap. Since they remodeled the dine in area service and quality of the food has gotten better.
So this would be an update from 11-29-25 Even though the lobby is open everything's remodeled everything looks okay service is still absolute garbage food is absolute garbage don't even waste your money even going there I like Wendy's but that Wendy's eventually will be shut down cuz it's garbage and some people that work there take pride in what they
do a little bit maybe just minutely maybe the food might be a little better and the service might be a little better but I doubt it!..

Izabella (or at least that’s who it says helped me on my receipt) was very rude and said “oh my god” under her breath when I asked a question about the menu and basically treated me like I’m an idiot because I’m not a fat lard who knows the Wendy’s menu like the back of my hand. Sorry it was so inconvenient for her to do her job when I was the only person in line at the drive thru on a Tuesday night at 6 pm.

If I own this place, I would fire everyone in it! It took 25 minutes to get my food and then the order was completely screwed up. The french fries were cold and so was the burger. I will never go there again! The owner needs to come into his store And teach his staff how to operate it!!!

The laziest crew I've ever seen, left my desert off and couldn't order it again because the crew members didn't know how asked for mayonnaise for my burger and he couldn't find mayo packets and didn't even offer me mayo in a cup or side dish and wouldn't even try. I had to leave and go get mayo from Publix. Not to mention they told me I had to order on the kiosk. Absolutely horrible service and will never return to this location at palm Beach Blvd and Buckingham Rd fort Myers Florida

I come here multiple times a week and the people known me; I'm not gonna leave a terrible review because usually this place is great. But, today I placed my order (got the charge) but never got my order; after making the workers aware they tried to accuse me of lying in many ways. I've never had a bad experience like this here before but I do say that this truly ruined the way I will look at the service in this Wendy's. And yes I understand that the workers are just doing their job trying to not get stolen from. But for the amount of times I've been here I expected a little more respect at least.

The food was good. The service was horrible. We ordered our food. Once we went to pay, the employee didn't put in our full order & then proceeded to argue with us causing chaos which made the atmosphere horrible. We finally got our food which caused us to pay over $40 for 2 people. We will not be going through drive thru again 😞

Never going inside this Wendy's again. They make you use the kiosk, no service. My double stack was made terribly and gross. They don't brew tea anymore only from the fountain which is trash with corn syrup. This Wendy's has progressed over the years to be one of the worst. Never again

This was Labor Day, I had just gotten off of work myself and wanted some chili from Wendy’s. It was a long line and they seemed backed up, and I didn’t mind waiting. My children were being baby sat so I ordered 3, 5$ biggie bags as well for them and the babysitter. The big heavier set white manager lady took my order, and was complaining about the customer behind me who had ordered extra tomatoes basically making it seem inconvenient for her request. She then only hands me 2 drinks instead of the 3 so I asked her for my 3rd drink and she told me I never ordered 3 so she fixed it and I paid her. Was never giving a receipt and was told to pull forward and she would bring my one bag out. I noticed she had only given me my bag of chili so I walked inside and let them know I still needed THREE biggie bags. I wait 10 more minutes for them to bring out only the one bag of food. I told the man that i still needed the 2 other bags and he ignored me and walked inside. I then pointed to the heavyset manager and told the other workers she took my order and if there was confusion she would be able to tell them that I still needed the other 2 bags. She instead turned to me and told me that she doesn’t owe me anything and that she already gave me the food and that I’m just trying to get free food. Which I am not and normally I would never be this petty over 24$ worth of food but works slow everywhere and I spent hard earned money on my children to eat Wendy’s and this lady basically told me I was lying . I told her to check her cameras, check my car, I ONLY HAD THE CHILI AND ONE BIGGIE BAG. She then continued so I got loud back, words were exchanged and the police were called . I sure did wait 20 more minutes waited for the cops to review camera footage and look at the receipt the manager failed to give me . The deputy let me know she was incorrect and they would be making the food I PAID for that I never received. So after an hour on Labor Day and all the hassle my kids finally got there 5$ biggie bags. But it’s extremely unprofessional And honestly sad how she was treating me and other customers. I will not recommend this location to anyone despite the other workers being very kind.

Cashier took my money and then acted as if he gave It to me waited 30 mins for my 15 dollars just for the manager to say It was short five and not 15 long story short I got my money back
