This location can never get an order right? The staff is friendly but management must be horrible. How hard is it to make a burger and put toppings on it plus they always tell you to pull up to the front door so they can make it look like their time is good.

Ordered a grilled chicken wrap in the drive thru. When I got home and opened up the wrapper, looked like someone partially ripped it in half and dropped it on the ground.Tortilla was rock hard on some of it.Also, found a hair in it. This is really messed up.Tried to call multiple times and no one answered the phone.This place is a joke!

I asked for fresh everything, and food was not fresh. And due to the line being long and I had somewhere to be I couldn't wait. And this is the very reason I really don't like coming to this Wendy's cause you will be disappointed. The chilli was about the ONLY thing HOT and fresh .

I would give a zero but it’s not an option!! The first time I came to this Wendy’s I stopped with three people in line. It took 20 minutes before someone even said hello. Total order took 40 minutes that’s with two people in front of me walking out. I tried second attempt today stood at the register for ten minutes and decided I wasn’t waiting again. Very poor service lack of customer service lack of everything.

I went there on the way home from work and ordered a 444 only catch up on a cheeseburger and it was supposed to come with nuggets they asked me what kind of sauce I want it I said ranch and barbecue I get all the way home from fort Myers to Lehigh and come to find out they didn't even give me my damn nuggets or sauce and then as soon as I called nobody answered the phone favorite me off this was the second time it happened to me earlier was the ice cream shop

Rudest customer service experience I’ve had in some time. One of those interactions where you can tell right from the greeting they hate their job, their lives, and you. I’m not knowledgeable in fast food hours as I don’t eat it often so I wasn’t aware you couldn’t order certain menu items until a certain time. Not a big deal. All good. Didn’t need it. But apparently, the mere mentioning of nuggets before lunch hours is a great offense to the young lady working the drive thru. The way she reacted you would have thought I was the dumbest person alive. She was actually irritated by the question. So after I let her work through her emotions and take a breath, I cancelled the order at the drive thru mid way and drove off to a bunch of harsh words coming through the speaker. Can’t lie that part felt good lol but I do hope their managers/owners see this.
