The drive thru service is horrible. The employee on shift today, February 16, was extremely rude when taking the order. The staff needed to be evaluated better or better trained to provide better service.

I wanted a large fry with ghost pepper ranch sauce. And the woman refused to give me a sauce with my fries if I didn't buy a meal with it. I even offered to pay $.50 a sauce. I left for chick-fil-a. My family and I will not eat at this location again

First time coming to this location for lunch and both baconator fry orders were as shown here ,whole bacon strips and not diced. The only hot meal I had here was just the sauced nuggets and cheese topping ,the fries were cold and soggy.

Asked for well done food and was told we were gonna be parked for fresh well done crispy sandwichs which require longer cooking time if you are willing to wait then the manager came out of nowhere and says oh do they want fresh or well done and we said well done and immediately she said they are well done and handed them out the window when we left and started eating we quickly realized they weren't well done and far from fresh but we are on a time schedule so we couldnt go back never goto this location it was horrible we literally heard them laugh at us for asking for well done which we do at most fast food resturants the manager was a spanish little lady with fake blonde hair....

Came to this place at 10pm , ladie in the drive-thru super rude the way she was taking my order, speaking in between her teeth so couldn’t understand , another lady repeated what she had said since she “” couldn’t repeat herself , was not done ordering and she rush to tell m to move to the window- WHY HAVE PEOPLE WORK NIGHT SHIFT WITH UGLY UTTITUDE. Should not work instead and stay home

Wow, I'm genuinely impressed. If you blindfolded me and put that chicken sandwich and a compressed brick of sawdust from the fridge on a bun in front of me, I genuinely would not be able to tell the difference. It was so dry that I couldn't finish chewing without some water and crumbly that I was concerned it was freezer burned or not thoroughly cooked. Fries were good, but not good enough to drag it back from 1 stars.

The service is terrible and slow. They don’t really interact with customers And take their sweet time. They also don’t communicate at all. There was one person in the drive-through, one person waiting and myself and I waited 20 minutes for one item and one drink.

This is my second 1 star review of this Wendy’s in the almost 3 years I’ve lived in fort Myers. The service is so so bad. Ordered food in drive through, then when I pulled up to the window to pay, I apologized to the girl and asked her if they still had frosties available for the night (almost 9pm, Labor Day) and I told her I’d like to add one to my order. She audibly sighed and ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. Who even does that? Talk about completely rude and disrespectful. I just got out of a 12 hour shift at the hospital and I do not need that sort of attitude and unprofessionalism. I decided to be the bigger person and let it go, but that is SO unacceptable. This place needs better management. I will be avoiding this Wendy’s at all costs.

Waited for 20 min in drive-thru line to be told I can’t pay with my card and they will not give me any food. I understand the credit card portal going down but they should have just given people already in line their food regardless. They would have lost maybe $100 worth of food orders but this way they have lost customers. Never going back here.
