Sat at the drive thru for ten minutes, was greeted very rudely, ordered a vanilla frosty and after I paid they said they only had chocolate which I'm allergic to. They said they couldn’t refund it so I had no choice but to take it, this is the second time this has happened at this location.

I was eating my french fries and then I looked at my nugget and then I saw something and it was pink in it inside and then did you guys cook the nugget? I whispered to myself and then I saw a real wiener and I ate it and it taste like part of the sausage, but it was really chewy of a wiener. Please make the way more crispy.

I get it. It was 15 minutes before you guys were closing, but it’s no excuse to serve me fries have been underneath the heat all day. I asked for a bacon fries and a Davies double meal. Half of my meal was trash because it’s been sitting in the heat all day. I had a long day at work too. I get it, but this is supposed to be my last bill for the day. I couldn’t even enjoy it.

The young ladies at this location are extremely rude!!! I was waiting to order but no one was responding so I drove around to confirm if the machine was broken. The young lady started yelling at me asking me ‘what the hell do you want?’ I politely told her never mind and drove off!! I don’t need Wendy’s but Wendy’s need me to help to pay you. Have a great day love!

The rudest staff of any Wendy’s I have ever been to. I pulled up to the drive through to pick up my mobile order and was greeted with “welcome to Wendy’s, give me a second….. and then waited for 3 minutes before I finally said hello???.” The customer service sucks the food is not good, just a terrible experience every single time I have come to this one. It took 10 minutes to get our food that was placed as a mobile order and it still wasn’t right.
Nobody in drive thru. Nobody in restaurant. Walk in to a cloud of fryer smoke, and people yelling over each other, to then be told “we not taking orders at the front, you gotta use the kiosk” I order, and I’ve waited over 15 minutes for two biggie bag meals. Both tasted like dirty frier oil, and was NOT fresh.
