I’m not going to make this a long rant because no one wants to listen to that, but this franchisee is a joke.Placed an online order, they were out of stock of items, received no food and was still charged.After hours on hold with corporate and then multiple promises of follow up I was forced to drive more than an hour to multiple locations in person to get the promised refund for the food I didn’t receive. They sure didn’t have any trouble charging my card remotely but couldn’t possibly issue a refund remotely and even worse sent me to two locations.Do better

Don’t go here, food with food poisoning, and bad food, and the cashiers was cussing me out, and the Wendy’s was dirty with dust and boogers, service they took 30 minutes to take my order, do not recommend

It actually was one of the most best experiences I've every had at a Wendy's Location* not sure if maybe I went in when they weren't busy. But I enjoyed the staff. To the point I actually did another order and I sat outside*

I love Wendy's as a whole, but make sure you get to this location way before the graveyard shift. I'm pretty sure my fries were from the late Cretaceous era and they clearly don't know how to refill a soda machine. My burger was put together by Steve wonder, and the tomatoes in my wife's salad had an accident all over her food. I'm sure the day shift is on point but the night crew made me actually want to eat healthy at home.

Sooo I ordered jr bacon cheeseburger times 2. I said , TWICE, no mayo I’m allergic. Both had them and all it took was one bite. Now off to the ER. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH??‍♀️. My own fault. I always look, but I forgot and was starving. My own fault. Pls bmbe careful.

I placed a mobile order this morning. Showed up 15 mins after opening. Had to pull up to the window after sitting in the drivethru with no response, and no one even had a headset on to hear the drive-thru. As soon as I told the worker I had an order, he looked over at his coworker and shook his head like I'm inconveniencing him by placing an order?Maybe they should just shut the Wendys down if no one inside wants to work? I'll never come back to this Wendys. Horrible service. God forbid they have to do their jobs that they signed up for. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

Three cars in front of us. Was at the drive-thru for almost 30 minutes. The absolute worst and slowest service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. This is at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. Normal afternoon. When we got to the window we asked what was going on, And we were told they were short on staff. Well, Then close the drive-thru and make everybody walk inside. Then at least we don't get stuck in this line, which you cannot get out of. Physically there's no exit because it's in a small parking lot with architectural barriers ??

I came here at 9:00 am and they had no gravy for the sausage gravy & biscuit so I have to pick something else I pick the French toast sticks and they were out of that as well . I don’t understand how it’s even possible but it’s ridiculous. ?

Went to the restroom to wash my hands before ordering, no paper towels.The lady at the counter taking order not a smile, Ordered my burger and drink. The burger was warm. The tables were not clean, the drink area looked like it had not been cleaned in a couple of days. The door as going out was dirty.Anyone from Corp. reads this please have franchises audited remember they are representing your brand.Wheelchair accessibility: This Wendy shares 2 handicap parking with 3 other business.
