Tonight ordered stuffed, hand thrown crust supreme pizza. Thin, WET bottom that fell apart when removing from box. The stuffed edge took up so much of pizza not much room left for toppings. I ordered this ONLY because gave up on getting a decent deep dish pan pizza. Last couple deep dish pizzas from this store were not "deep, thick crunchy" crust of past - just a regular, slightly thickish normal crust. The deep pan crust pizza used to be THICK (1 - 1.5 inches DEEP) and so yummy CRUNCHY. I give up. Coupons can't even entice me anymore. I'm truly sorry to write this review. Grew up with Pizza Huts and love it - bought it for my kids. Just not of quality anymore. PS Also tried the MELTS recently since single adult - don't bother. All crust, no flavor. Dip doesn't help.

3 orders in a row have been messed up! I love Pizza Hut, but OMG this one is so annoying..... Tonight, we ordered 2 medium pizzas with original pan style crust. Pizzas were fine, but with garlic butter crust. Not a big deal, but some people have allergies...I called because we like original and the girl said, “Yeah, we got really busy so we just put garlic butter on everything because we were confused.” Whatever.... 2 weeks ago, I ordered my same pizza online using my reward points and they didn’t have a driver so they called and told me I had to pick it up....ugh! Fine! I sent my boyfriend (my fault for not telling him what I ordered) and I got 4 chicken Alfredo pastas??? I called and they said, “You’re pizza is ready if you want to come back and get it.” No, I didn’t want to go in the first place!!! P.S. I lost my rewards points and they did nothing about it. A few months ago I ordered my normal pizza, Veggie Lover’s with original pan crust and they didn’t put any mushrooms or green peppers on it. So, again, I called, “We’re out of those toppings.” Then call me and tell me!!! WTH. I would have ordered something else or nothing at all. But, for real though....who runs this place?

TERRIBLE i would give it ZERO stars but that was not an option. Today i went inside and asked about the line up deal and was told i had to order online ... So i stood there and started placing my order online in the store. The web site was NOT ALLOWING ME TO ORDER it would not put any of the items in the cart. I stood for OVER 30 MINS.!!!!!! Trying to figure it out and requested help from one of the employees which he tried but saw it wasnt letting me and basically told me he didn't know what to do. Really ?? If u have online ordering you MUST provide training to the employess for when a customer confronts an issue. After like 30 mins.i decided to call and complain to pizza hut. Granted Beverly i believe was her name helped me out and i was able to place the order she had me basically reset i guess the app and all went through BUT seriously there is NOTHING MORE ANNOYING than having to stand MORE THAN 30 MINS. in a damn store trying to place an order online and confronting issues. A cashier should be able to take your order regardless but i was told that was not possible. Thats beyond Ridiculous. Very VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.And i understand it might NOT be the cashiers fault but cooperate office needs to STOP making it difficult for a long term customer or anybody to place an order.... No wonder this pizza hut has such POOR RATING....

This is not a sit down restaurant. It is take out or delivery only but if you are hungry for a very good, tasty pizza this is the place to go. I have gone here for years and have never been disappointed. The people are friendly who wait on you as you go in. Hungry for pizza? Try going here.
