They don’t appear to be in business any longer. Submitted their online request form inquiring to have a custom cake created for an engagement party. After a few days and no response, I called the number on the website. There was no professional or business greeting on the voicemail. It did not state the name of the company or anyone’s name. No business name no business greeting no response.

Good luck getting a hold of anyone here. Left a voicemail, texted as the voicemail instructed, and tried online. No response whatsoever. Luckily, Ft. Myers has a lot of bakeries who actually communicate. Go to one of them, not here.EDIT: I tried for weeks to contact this business, with no response. A simple "sorry we're booked" takes less than a minute. The fact that the owner responded to a bad review in less than 30 minutes of being posted is further consolation that this business had the ability to respond to the numerous attempts at teaching them. They simply chose not to.

I highly recommend XoXo Cake Creations without hesitation! They made an incredible cake (chocolate-raspberry). It was one of the moistest cakes I’ve ever had. It was the talk of the party by all of our guests and my mother loved it! I will definitely be using them again! Thank you XoXo! Ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s 16th birthday. They’re beautiful and taste DIVINE!

Had a appointment scheduled today 1/23/22 with my fiance. No one was even there for the appointment. We drove 40 minutes for this appointment that we received our confirmation on. Contacted the business number here online and was told an assistant had reached out to us. We have no missed calls from the business or the assistant who said they called after 5pm on 1/22/22. After the blame being put on us they asked if we can reschedule. I will not be looking to do future business with this company. Could've just owned up to their mistake.

I contacted this business to get a quote for my daughter’s first birthday party cake. I received an email saying they’d get back to me with a quote. Two weeks went by and I never received one. I even left a VM asking their availability because the cakes look awesome. Her VM says you can text her as well and she’ll get back to you… I’ve heard nothing. It’s sad you have to chase a business owner who is out there advertising a service to the public. Apparently my money is no good here !

The designer is very rude and unprofessional. She was verbally awful when I tried making a change to a wedding cake 2 months before it’s due date. The communication is awful especially because you go through her employees only. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Such an awful experience. The designer of the cakes forgot that we are clients and don’t appreciate the clientele at all. So rude and disrespectful. So many people deserve work and clients, don’t waist your time here.
