Great experiance especially Jonah he's truly a professional. Jonah greeted me with enthusiasm and explained all the sorbets and toppings in detail all this while staying late and being patient with me.Jonah made my yogurt mountain experience well worth the visit.Best yogurt but I preferr the sobet especially the watermelon ? mixed with nuts ? it's sweet and savory and satisfying my cravings. I will.trturn and tell all my friends.Thank you Jonah ❤️

I have been to this location several times over the past few years. It has become that 1 thing our family does whenever we come to the mall. Out of all of the times, let’s say 10, we have never once saw any employee leave the counter or even put their phone down. To be fair the location has never been busy, nor has the employees been overtly rude. Today Jonah, was anything but the norm. We walked in and started having fun, as we do. He joined in, laughing, joking just enjoying himself. He got us to all sign up for the rewards program and refilled the items that were running low as we got out desserts. The craziest thing happened while we were eating. He came out and began cleaning. He cleaned the tables and chairs, candy counter and even the yogurt machines….all with a smile on his face!

I love that it's connected to a book/game store and the mall. Makes it a great location however the "fresh" toppings were half unavailable and looked like they have been sitting all day. The soft serve machines were also half unavailable so there was limited options compared to how it would be if it were fully operational.

I am all about customer service and this guy has none, regardless of the simplicity of how tasty and fun it may be, will not stop here again! Menchies seems like a better option

We didn't end up purchasing anything. We drove quite a distance to get to the location because the website shows flavors that include several different no sugar added options, namely chocolate, vanilla, and old-fashioned vanilla; we do not like strawberry. We planned it as a little mid-month outing for the weekend and planned to sit for a while and talk and enjoy. When we arrived we found out this location only had no sugar added strawberry. There was nothing on the website that indicated flavors vary based upon location. Also, there was no place to sit, and there were toppings on the floor, and we saw a customer pick up one of the cups that you put your self-serve yogurt in and then put it back on top of the pile because she changed her mind. I didn't think that was real sanitary. If I had seen that I would have left without a purchase even if they had the other no sugar added yogurts that we went for.

Terrible customer service. The cashier completely lost his cool after stating he was watching the camera and saw me tasting the yogurt that I had dispensed into my cup before I paid. The customer service at this location was horrible and intimidating. Never going back again.
One of the best places to go if you're craving a frozen treat! Staff is very friendly and the experience is kept very safe, as you now use gloves to get your froyo and toppings. Love coming here!

We got to the location in Edison mall in Fort Myers door was locked at 6:25 website says they close at 7. Girl inside signaled that they’re closed. Strange. I called on the phone she picked up and hung up twice. I wouldn’t return there.

They did away with fresh fruit! No strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, bananas etc. Only cheap toppings like peanut butter cups, fake fruit, brownies.. When customers are paying a small fortune for a cup of ice cream they expect good quality. This is not good business practice.
